Honeymoon Safari
A once in a lifetime trip - highly recommend for honeymoon. We started in Capetown for 2 nights to get over jet lag. 1 week safari at 2 different resorts. Last few days at the beach in Mozambique to unwind.

Cape Grace Hotel
A special hotel at the base of the mountain. Every little detail is thought of - very very good service and can’t beat the location. Highly recommend this luxury boutique hotel over the nearby chain options.

Singita Lebomo & Sweni
After Capetown, this was our first Safari and most memorable. This place ain’t cheap, but your accommodations are floating over a river with wandering animals. Early mornings and late evenings but each drive is something so different. Loved the guides so much here. It’s all inclusive so make sure to ask to see the wine vault ;)

Mala Mala Game Reserve
This was our second safari location more known for the best wildlife. We lucked out and didn’t have others in our car so was basically private the whole time with our own guide. Drawback is that meals are with your guide and more buffet style. Definitely stay at Rattrays portion of the resort. If you can only do 1 hotel - stick with Singita but we enjoyed seeing the diff terrains and animals. Saw the big 5 here!

Azura Benguerra Island
We were looking for a place to unwind post safari for a few days. Originally thought Seychelles but too far and too expensive when we just wanted a beach. Mozambique was a short flight from Kruger and this hotel had a short helicopter ride. Private beach bungalows and butlers. This is a VERY poor country so prepare yourself for that at arrival but the hotel was gorgeous and just what we needed.
