Sassy Granny's Smoothies, Juices & Java "THINK PINK" "Be Sassy"

Headed beachside today and treated myself to a @sassygrannytreats post-workout smoothie 🍓🍌🍃 This little gem is a walk-up window (right across the street from the beach!🏄‍♀️) where you’ll be greeted by the Sassy Granny herself. 👵🏼 She’s actually way more sweet than sassy — she offered to make enough of my “Triple B Energy Blast” to fill up a kids cup for my 2-year-old, at no cost!😘 This place is a has a lot of healthy add-ins (like bee pollen!🐝) but it’s also a confectionary for shaved ice (SWIPE👉🏻)and more dessert-style smoothies too 🥤🍦 Love this darling smoothie shack

The Original Bizzarro Famous New York Pizza

First love. Then pizza. Nothing else matters 🧡🍕💛 . We were blown away by Bizzaro’s Pizza in Indialantic. Thanks to all who recommended it! From what we’ve heard this is as close as it gets to real New York style pizza around here. Highly recommend! . This place is right on the beach and our meal (swipe) cost less than $10 total. Hard to top that!🍕 Tag your weekend crew and go!👇🏼

The Bald Strawberry

Checked out a darling bakery+cafe today and *don’t let this scare you* but basically the entire menu is Gluten Free here at @baldstrawberry . . And no, my waffle sandwich did not taste like cardboard😱 quite the opposite! They also have pizzas, cakes and other assorted bakery items that change daily. . Also- Don’t usually comment too much on the atmosphere because it’s all about the FOOD for us. But this spot was on point with their interior. It’s a small space, but very light-filled, clean and modern. Swipe for a peek🍓

Moo's Soft Serve

Believe it or not we spent our anniversary date at this classy little joint🤣🍦❤️ . A friend of ours recently told us that Moo’s had BEST chocolate soft serve in world. We did one of these 🙄. Then we tried it. Oh dang. . It really is quite possibly the creamiest, richest soft serve we’ve ever had. So yea, we went back the very next weekend on our anniversary to experience it again! Who else has tried this?? Are you just as obsessed?🤩

Copperhead Tavern

Aaaand this is when we died and went to heaven. The “hangover burger” was the Burger of the Week when we went to @copperhead_tavern : ham, beef, bacon, egg & cheese plus a fried plantain on top because why not? . The chef dreams up a new creative burger like this every single week!🍔 . And for dessert, the bread pudding 😍 Not sure if the pic does it justice, but it’s HUGE and definitely not your momma’s bread pudding (aka soggy with raisins)🙅🏼‍♀️. You’ll love! The other appetizer we HIGHLY recommend (& was my personal fav!): the Buffalo Cauliflower (swipe)...Yes, those are cauliflower, not chicken wings. & they will change your perception of cauliflower forever💥

Monkey Bar

The longer we’ve been at this foodie thing, the more we’ve come to realize how many hidden gems there are in Brevard. Like Monkey Bar in Indialantic, our latest find. We wouldn’t have thought twice about stopping in for dinner at this bar had the owner not invited us to check it out. It’s definitely got more of a “night scene” (live music stage, pool tables, large bar area) but we were curious about the food, most of which is made in-house. Our appetizer, the Monkey Tots, ended up being our favorite! Major bonus points for creativity here: crispy tater tots tossed in a spicy dry rub, smothered in white queso, green onion, bacon, and pico. We haven’t tried anything quite like it, and it was amazing. We also tried the brisket tacos, another winner. Great flavors going on here, the tortillas are lightly seasoned & perfectly crispy (but not hard shell), and bonus it’s served with chips & queso! How do you go wrong with a huge freshly baked cookie with ice cream on top?! Gunna have to go back sometime for that one.
