Namsan Tower is the most popular place to get an awesome view on Seoul from above. I recommend going in the morning for less visitors but you can have definitely the best view on Seoul at night.

Cheonggyecheon is my favorite place in summer. The stream offers you a nice refreshing for your feet while you can enjoy coffee. The water is nice and clean.

Mapo Bridge
There are many bridges in Seoul but the Mapo one is the best one. At this location you can sit near the Hangang River enjoy some fried chicken and listen to buskers.
