Go to any grocery store (monoprix, franprix) to buy wine or liquor and buy a baguette with Brie and have a picnic at the Champ De Mars which is the park next to the Eiffel

climb to the top the views are stunning (about 9 euros unless u bring ur visa u can probably get a discount)

(located in "old Paris" called montemarte its such a cool area non touristy but heads up they might not speak English)
