Wellingtonians love coffee. It’s a fact. Customs by Coffee Supreme is one of our favourite places in Wellington to try some amazing blends by Coffee Supreme. Whether you’re buying beans to take home and brew it yourself, or need a place to relax with a cup of coffee and have a bite of their creative toast offerings - Customs is the place for you. Their toast menu changes seasonally, but our standout favorites includes the avocado, pickled radish and labneh on toast, and the grilled cheese, pickle and dill toast.

Pour and Twist
New Zealand’s first fully manual coffee brew bar offers a lot more than just brewed filter coffee. Along with their specially selected coffee blends from well known and loved Wellington brands like Flight, Supreme and Peoples; Pour and Twist also serve Nitro Matcha with a matcha KitKat, Vietnamese coffee (with condensed milk) and an out of this world choffee (a hot chocolate/coffee combination).

Ekor Bookshop & Cafe Ltd
Drinking coffee in a cute bookstore sounds like something out of a french movie, but this is totally possible in little old Wellington. Ekor Bookshop & Cafe is the cutest spot to curl up with a book or magazine and coffee. Every Thursday through Sunday, Ekor offers Little Dough Co donuts, with flavours changing weekly. These donuts tend to be extremely popular and sell out fast. You better get in quick if donuts are your calling!

Lamason Brew Bar
Lamason is one of those very cool spots that you have to know about to go looking for. They specialise in syphon style coffee which makes for a very different coffee experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and will help you choose a blend based on your preferences.
