Park Güell
a little further out of the city but you MUST see it. It’s the artist Gaudi (who is all over barcelona’s) creation of a sculpture park. Take the metro and then its like a 15 minute walk but its full of gorgeous mosaics and performers you could spend a few hours of here exploring and eating gelato while just hanging out.

La Rambla
a main street in Barcelona that has lots of outdoor restaurants and street vendors its also where all of those crazy costumed people are who stand still for hours and let you take pictures with them if you give them a few coins. Also stop at La Bocqueria which is a market that sells spices, fruit and delicious fruit juice. It’s a cool place just to walk around because the displays are gorgeous.

La Sagrada Familia
a massive cathedrale still being built. It was started by the artist Gaudi but he died before it was completed. They say its going to take another 25 years to finish. But its really cool to see it looks like a sandcastle!
