Il Corvo
small italian place near pioneer square, huge lines since it’s only open for lunch on weekdays. Getting a seat is even harder than doing take away, but totally worth it. I recommend everything on the menu, not exaggerating.

Spinasse
my favorite restaurant in seattle, very expensive but worth it for a special occasion. Authentic cuisine from piedmont, recommend the barbaresco. Only place in seattle I know of where you can get a real aperol spritz (ask for it with white wine, aperol, and soda water).

Capitol Cider
cider bar in capitol hill with board games and fun downstairs section. Spent new years here and loved it, if you go on a non-weekend night there is actually space to sit and play. The food is super expensive but really good.

Blue Water Taco Grill
fantastic tacos in among the warehouses and workshops in south seattle, the hottest sauce will eat away at the enamel on your teeth so be careful.

Starbucks Reserve Roastery
huge location on the lower section of cap hill, starbucks fans (aka my parents / grandparents) love this place - it’s a new brand that doesn’t have a big presence anywhere but seattle, you can watch them roast / prepare the beans while you have a fancy coffee.

Centennial Park
good spot for a discreet outdoor glass of wine / beer and/or long walks. The water is clean / fresh and the place is never too crowded.
