Cerro Castillo
Absolutely beautiful mountain peak - hiking it requires use of an experienced guide - but it is sumtunning from afar as well. This was a very memorable piece of my trip to Patagonia.

Waterville Golf Links
Unlike any other golf course I have ever played. Beautiful sweeping views of Ireland's coastline. Challenging links style course with a great restaurant/bar to enjoy quickly at the turn. Have a fresh pint of Guinness...or two.

Red Onion Eatery
Maybe the best fish sandwich I've ever had - the crispy fried grouper rueben. They're known for it and I totally understand why. Sit outside with a beer and enjoy it. Quite memorable.
