Trailer Park After Dark
Get the kitchen sink tots, meatloaf, and truck stop Frito pies. Trailer Park After Dark is exactly what you’re imagining, but better. This awesome, underground bar is truly one-of-a-kind. Head downstairs from 5th Avenue and you’ll see trailers with fenced-in lawn chair areas that can be reserved for your large group. In the main bar area, tables made out of wood pallets, mismatched floral chairs covered in spill-proof plastic, and shopping cart barstools welcome you to grab a seat.

Waterbar
currently anyother new bar in pacific beach. This one is different than all the rest in the sense that it is more "up-scale" aka the food prices and drink prices are a little more pricey than the other bars which also attracts an older and different crowd than the normal bars. Young people still go here though because the ambiance is great, there are two different bars inside and it sits directly next to the ocean so great views. Side note, get the fish bowls here

not only are the drinks here good but the food here is FAB. It is typically more expensive here than the bars around it (I don’t know why) and this is a huge bar for Sunday night football. Line to get in is usually really long so I highly suggest getting here earlier rather than later.

The Pool House
chic rooftoop lounge onto of the pedry hotel so it's up-scale but if you're willing to pay extra for the trendyness and ambiance then the cocktails and fish tacos are so worth it.

Mavericks Beach Club
currently the newest bar in Pacific beach. This place is a fan favorite and everyone goes here aka why the line is always so long. Michael jordan is actually a HUGE investor in the property so they always throw cool events and you'll notice all of the employees rocking Jordan's (the shoes). This place is the perfect mix of a bar where you can converse, a club, a loud bar and a bar with games. There are multiple different sections of the bar so you basically have 4 different bars in one.

Starlite
This bar is really cool because it has a really bougie front entrance bar and then as a completely different atmosphere in the back bar. The Mules Here are such a good deal because they’re huge and they’re only $10. There’s the classic starlight mule (with vodka) but I got an Irish mule instead since I am a big whiskey fan. This place is also a little off the beaten path because it’s in between Pacific Beach in downtown San Diego, but it’s basically in the middle of suburbia and right off the highway. Not a lot of people who aren’t locals know about it. However it is always busy so I would definitely make a reservation if I were you! This is also a great place to rent out for events and a great place for a girls night.

Miss B's Coconut Club
Miss B's is pretty much the perfect boardwalk bar. The cocktail/drink menu is really the shining star of this place. I had one of the best bloody marys I've ever had in my life. I'm serious. It was so freakin' good. Their golden pineapple drink is also delicious and I feel super fancy drinking out of the big mug. We almost always sit at the big table in the corner with the little fireplace in the middle. My friends and I all love this place!

Waterbar
One of the newer bars in PB that has quickly become one of everyone’s favorites. This place is popping on Friday and Saturday nights and all throughout the day (especially close to sunset). The wide open windows allow this place to give some of the best views of the beach in PB. Their main dishes are seafood and they had a great happy hour night. Pricier than the regular PB bars but that’s because it aimed to be more upscale.

Nolita Hall
One of the most popping bars in San Diego! This place is really cool because they have a big sign that changes and tells you exactly what airplane is flight over the restaurant each time, plus it’s great for big groups, it have games and amazing cocktails and food. Don’t forget to reserve a table if you’re a big group!
