Milford Sound
Described as the 'eighth wonder of the world', Milford Sound is a fiord that was carved by glaciers during the ice ages, therefore formed the dramatic tall and sharp cliff edges along the river. It is as spectacular as you would see in photos, if not even more so in real life. Take a cruise to get extremely close to the two permanent magnificent waterfalls, on a rainy day there will be thousands of little waterfalls streaming down the cliff, trust me it was quite a sight. If you are lucky you may also spot native seals and dolphins swimming alongside your boats.

Honaunau Bay
Next to the Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park on the west coast of the Big Island you will find the Keone'ele Cove. It doesn’t look like much on the surface other than just lava rocks, but if you venture out a little bit further there is a point where snorkelers step off into the water and enter the most colourful underwater paradise with all sorts of sea life and coral in abundance.

Banyumala Twin Waterfalls
Banyumala Twin Waterfall is one of the lesser known waterfalls in Bali. It is located north of Lake Buyan in north central Bali, and the road to the waterfall is almost completely natural and rarely hike (for now). The waterfall is made up of three sides, such side offers something different such as a little garden type setting, the main waterfall and a natural pool. It is absolutely safe to swim in and the water is very refreshing in a hot Bali day.

Dead Sea
The Dead Sea, bordering Israel, the West Bank and Jordan, is known to be one of the world's saltiest bodies of water, therefore you just float when you jump into the water. The shores of the Dead Sea are also the lowest point on the surface of the earth, and it is the deepest lake in the world. As many people know the water and mud are full on minerals which are great for the skin and many other health benefits.

Giant's Causeway
There are two theories to how the unique structure of Giant's Causeway is formed - some said it was caused by a massive ancient volcanic fissure eruption, some suggested the 40,000 basalt columns were formed by a giant. Either way it is a very special place like nothing else I have ever seen, I can spend hours walking up and down the columns imagining I am following the footsteps of a giant.

Island of Hawai'i
Night snorkelling with Manta Rays -- Nothing can explain the feeling when you see these majestic, gentle giants swim towards you and then watch them elegantly barrel, over and over, right in front of your eyes. Manta rays are large rays that can reach up to 7m in width and often found in tropical waters. You can choose to snorkel or dive with them, at night, by attracting them or following them to their feed (plankton). This is hands down the most unforgettable thing I have ever experienced.

Uluru
Uluru, or often known as Ayers Rock, is a massive natural sandstone structure in the heart of the Australia's 'Red Centre'. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its history being a sacred site to the Aboriginal people of the area, and is home to an abundance of springs, waterholes, rock caves and ancient paintings. Uluru is stunning in any weather and it seems to change its distinctive orange hue during different times of the day.

Sigiriya
Sigiriya is one of the most valuable historical monuments of Sri Lanka, and probably one of the most iconic and visited ancient sites in the country. It is essentially a rock plateau formed from a volcano, but on the top sits an ancient fortress behind a remarkable Lions Gate built in the 5th century. At the top of Sigiriya you can walk around the ruined of what was an impressive palace, as well as to take in the sweeping panoramic view of the area around.

Old City
This is probably one of the most intense but also cultured places on Earth! Jerusalem is one of the oldest cities in the world with estimated over 4,000 years of history, and is considered holy to the three major religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The Old City is divided into 4 quarters - Armenian, Christian, Jewish and Muslim Quarters, and is also home to many significant sites such as the Western Wall, Dome of the Rock and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (where Jesus was believed to have been crucified and buried).
