Batu Caves
Visiting the Batu Caves was one of the highlights of my Malaysia trip - so much so that I hope to make it back one day! The stairs leading up to the temple have recently undergone an insta-worthy makeover (check it out on the gram) so it looks even more spectacular! All the pretty colours should surely distract you from the fact there are over 200 steps to get to the top....definitely a tough one, but oh so worth it.

Shwedagon Pagoda
Just absolutely stunningly beautiful. This is honestly one of the most beautiful complex of pagodas I have ever laid eyes on. Unfortunately my trip to Myanmar was only a short one but visiting Shwedagon inspired me to go back and travel more of the country - especially Bagan!

Hội An
Hoi An is just one of the prettiest places I have ever visited. By day it is a quaint city filled with cute cafes and stores, but by night the whole place comes alive and is lit with hundreds of beautiful, colourful lanterns.

Taj Mahal
When I first saw the Taj Mahal, I was completely awestruck. When I visited for the second time, the same feeling hit me. I really believe everyone should see it's beauty once in their life if they can. The story behind the building is pretty beautiful too.

Angkor Wat
I have visited Angkor Wat twice now and still have not seen it all. The site is huge and absolutely stunning - make sure you go for 2 days minimum if you can and don’t forget to visit at sunrise! I promise that 4am wake up call will be worth it.

Petra
Hands down my favourite destination ever - you will be hard pushed to find a more interesting and awe inspiring destination. There are lots of amazing hikes in Petra but my personal favourite is the one that takes you to the above view point ❤️ Anclose second would be the hike to the Monestary - therr over 800 uneven steps to the top but it is definitely worth it.
