If you want a different dining experience in Lisbon, Barrices is for you.  The concept is what I can only describe as a never ending tapas tasting menu consisting of just over 20 dishes. All the owner asks is that you try everything. The things you like, they will bring you more of without extra charge and the things you don’t like, you don’t feel obliged to eat. Side note - they had some of the most stunning desserts I have ever had!

SIX by NICO EDINBURGH

Six by Nico is a really different concept consisting of a themed taster menu that changes every six weeks, something which I have not heard of anywhere else. Make sure to book a table as it is incredibly popular!  They have two branches in Edinburgh and Glasgow in Scotland.

Not only does M on the Bund boast an incredible view of the Shanghai skyline, their food is pretty epic too.   It is quite pricey, but worth it for those views!

A bit out there but an awesome experience.  Cambodia BBQ is located in Pub St Siem Reap and allows its diners to not only cook the food themselves in the middle of the table, but to also try exotic meat such as shark, snake and crocodile.

It goes without saying that you get the best Peking Duck in Beijing. I had mine at Siji Minfu close to Wanfujing Street, and it was divine! (Despite the service being a little questionable)

So not typically a restaurant but this place is certainly worth travelling for! Here you can sample all the dishes that Hungary has to offer at decent prices.  A must when in Budapest.
