Arms Reach Bistro
a bistro in Deep Cove (north shore)- with amazing food and a great view. It is also down the street from Honeys Doughnuts, so get a doughnut for dessert, then go for a hike up Quarry Rock (also in Deep Cove) to finish the morning, or night!

In the Gay district of Vancouver, this little gem of a restaurant made those crazy stacked Caesars famous. You can get a caesar with a meal on it! And play board games at the same time.

Browns Socialhouse Kitsilano
adapted from cactus club, this chain restaurant is my favourite place to socialize. It has expanded across Canada now, but started in North Van. They make all their sauces in house, and have fresh cut fries and juices!
