Albania
Virtually untouched by tourism, this gem of a country has it all: crystal clear-turquoise beaches; ancient fortresses; Alps that rival Switzerlnd; a vibrant and fascinating culure full of warm, friendly people; and lots and lots of coffee!

Belgium
Belgium gets less acclaim than its neighbors France and the Netherlands, but it is one of my favorite countries on earth. The architecture is unique, quaint and fascinating, the chocolate divine, and the food is my favorite. It has the sophistication of the French and the heartiness of the Germans.

France
France is endless. I've been there four times and its never enough. Visit Mont-Saint-Michel, the vibrant and classic city of Paris, the quaint fairytale villages in the Alsace, and the ritzty beaches and glamour in the French Riviera. The food is some of the best in the world. France has everything.

Italy
Beyond the exquisite cities of Venice, Florence, and Rome, are Cinque Terra and the lesser known regions of Puglia and Umbria where you can stay in a white thatched cottage, and eat truly traditional food without the craziness of tourism. Every part of Italy is incredible, but the lesser known regions are my aboslute favorite.

Macedonia (FYROM)
The villages surrounding the ancient Lake of Ohrid is the most unique and incredible travel experiences of my life. Take a boat tour, explore the many ancient churches, visit the replica of an old city on the water in Stobi, eat traditional Balkan Cuisine, and definitely stay in the Old Town to get an authentic experience.

United States
Obviously massive in size, there is just so much to see from great cities like New York to Red Rocks and natural wonders in Utah. Road trips up the Pacific Coast Highway, to Mardi gras in New Orleans. Many immigrants from all over the world means the variety of food is incredible and delicious. The United States has it all.

Scotland
There is so much to see in Scotland: Edinburgh is endlessly fascinating and the Isle of Skye's natural beauty is like none other on earth. The castles, historic monuments from famous battles like Culloden, the old Glenfinnan Viaduct (made popular as the place the Hogswart Express travels in Harry Potter), Portobello Beach and Promenade, the towering Hills of Glencoe, and the friendly people, make Scotland one of the best destinations in the world.

Ireland
The highlight of Ireland is the breathtaking scenery. The beauty of the southern beaches is often overlooked. You must visit Kinsale, Clonakilty, and Inchydoney Beach. The Cliffs of Moher will take your breath away. The live music and friendly people in the pubs is just as you would imagine. It's a place that lives up to its reputation.

Croatia
Visit the ancient walls of Dubrovnik, swim in the warm Adriaric Sea, don’t skip Plitvice Nation Park to see crashing waterfalls, forests and stunning lakes. Zagreb's Christmas market was voted best in Europe, and for good reason, they go all out with the lights and details its mesmerizing. And of course Split, with Diocletian's Palace built during the Roman empire is majestic and memorable.

You could visit Greece every summer and never discover it all. Each island is unique in its feel and architecture. The laid back Greek vibe and welcoming hospitality, mixed with its unmatched nautral beauty and ancient moneuments, make it one of the most popular destnations in the world.
