Innsbruck
Innsbruck is a true snowboarding city and the capital of the alps in my eyes. It's location gives you endless of opportunites to access skiresorts near by. It's modern living city as well as cultural. My favorite part about Innsbruck is the "Landhausplatz" where the goverment decided to build a skateboard friendly zone right infront of the historical building. If your not a skater or a snowboarder like me, I'm sure you would love Innsbruck still. It's a student city so if you are young and looking to party it's a great place for that. However they all smoke inside the bars so you will smell like an achtray after!

Wanaka
This place is growing on me every year. Wanaka is located in the alps of the South Island in New Zealand and became more and more popular the last years. That being said, it's growing a lot on its self. I only come there to ride Cardrona which is a skiresort located 30min by car. If you want to go there for snowboarding or skiing I would recomend going around August-September. But the majority of people go there during the New Zealand summer. If you are interested in modern architecture or like good coffee shops it's a good place to be!

Stockholm
Stockholm is kind of my hometown since I grew up just 15minutes outside. Most people would probably recomend it during summer which I agree to some point but I would say it's more cozy during the winter and has a lot of winter sport activites to offer. When there is snow, you have a lot of crosscountry skiing tracks around and three smaller ski hills to go to. It's the capital of Sweden so obviusly there is a lot to be said here but hit me up if you come to Stockholm and I can show you around!
