One of the best BBQ restaurants in the Vegas area! Only thing is that it is in Boulder City, not to far from Vegas. You can make a day of visiting Hoover Damn and Boulder City with lunch at Fox’s.

Hoover Dam
Hoover Damn is an engineering achievement of its era. I recommend taking the tour of the inside to see the inner workings and lear the history of this ‘Damn’ site.

Cottonwood Station
Located right outside of Las Vegas in a very tiny town of Blue Diamond, Cottonwood Station is an unexpected hip eatery. It is nestled in the mountains and great place for hikers or those who want to step outside of busy Vegas. The food and coffee here is excellent! Everything from the Broccoli Salad, daily soups and the different paninis are all delicious!
