Axel Guldsmeden Hotel
Axel has a few locations in Copenhagen, and around the world. This is an eco friendly hotel that has earned a green globe certification. All of their hotels are very charming and have amazing ambiance and atmosphere. Their 5 star location- the Manon Les Suites has a pool in the courtyard and the hotel rooms surrounding it. There is also a rooftop bar and restaurant that are great if there is sun out! We stayed at the Guldsmeden location which Is equally as cute and more affordable. The rooms were cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There is a great restaurant and garden to have breakfast lunch or dinner! It’s a 3 minute walk from the train station and under 30 min walk to all the best restaurants/ bars and shopping- so the location is great!

Bæst
Baest is an organic Italian pizza spot. They grow everything locally and source from their own farms. Don’t let the organic and farm to table scare you off- this pizza was UNREAL. The burrata and corn are also something I will be dreaming about for a while. The atmosphere is very cute and they play great music. We got the corn, salad, burrata, basic pizza and pizza with prosciutto.

The Union Kitchen
This place has amazing latte art (ours said ‘Wake the Fuck up’) and unreal truffle fries. Definitely worth the small wait you might encounter if you get here for brunch. We got the avocado toast with poached eggs and pulled pork bowl with fries on the side.

Nyhavn
the famous street with beautiful colourful buildings. I suggest going early before its too crowded. This is definitely something you have to do- looks just like a painting!

TorvehallerneKBH
Torvehallerne is one of the biggest street food markets in Copenhagen with over 60 stalls of various foods. They sell fresh food outside the hall as well. Definitely go and have sushi, bao, and all the baked goods you could desire.

Sanchez
Sanchez is a Mexican restaurant modelled after a traditional cantina and serves seasonal dishes based on ingredients. This place was very authentic (and i’m from Texas so that says a lot) and one of my favorite meals in Copenhagen. Everything was great and the drinks are delicious. We got the tuna tostada, chilaquiles and tacos.

Tivoli Gardens
Tivoli is one of the oldest amusement parks in the world. Located smack dab in the middle of Copenhagen, it is easily one of the most stunning parks I have been to. The landscape is beautiful and they have rides for everyone and plenty of food/ beer! The entrance is 15 euros PP if you don’t purchase ahead and each ride costs a certain amount of tickets but it is well worth the money!

Christiansborg Palace
Gorgeous palace just 10 minutes walking from Nyhaven. There is a lookout tower at the very top where you get 360 views of the entire city! It’s free entry, you just have to wait in line to get up but it wasn’t too bad when we went. Definitely the best views of the city!
