Kite & Key
Consistent and low key gastropub restaurant/bar with bangin' nachos, good fried food and salads when you want them. Fantastic rotating draft list with decent wine options. Casual and friendly atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, perfect when the front is opened up on nice days. Bring your dog and people watch!

Assembly Rooftop Lounge
You might spend a pretty penny, but it's worth the elevator ride up, even if you only go for one drink. This view is the best for eating and drinking in the city. Go at sunset for a spectacular sky overlooking the art museum. Truly iconic.

Moshulu
This qualifies as the best Sunday Funday spot. Where else can you get bottomless mimosas with brunch and then spend the rest of the day barside on the world's oldest and biggest square rigged sailing vessel still afloat? Brunch is only served Sundays so make a reservation and bring a big group.

La Peg
La Peg is so many things and they do it all well. The outdoor tables are such a fun spot any time of day or night, with a unique backdrop of the bridge. The indoor dining is delicious and beautiful. Their cheese curds are some of the best I've had and when you're done stuffing yourself you can head outside for some cornhole and fresh air.

Little Nonna's
Great pasta, intimate, but not at all stuffy, setting. Gnocchi with truffle butter are divine little pasta pillows. Order lots of garlic bread, it comes with a whole head of roasted garlic that spreads like butter.

Harper's Garden
Good for snacks and small plates in a very pretty, twinkle lit, vine filled, off-the-street, setting. Was that enough adjectives for ya?

Parc
Located right across from Rittenhouse Square, you can enjoy a wonderful French leaning meal any time of day with a park view. The mussels and bread are delicious, and if it's chilly (or even if it' not) the French Onion Soup is a must to start.

Bok Bar
ALthough I have never personally eaten here, they do serve snack type food. However, this is the perfect place to get a drink before or after a south Philly Italian meal. This is the best skyline view, hands down. Bok Bar is magical.

Branzino Italian Ristorante
This inviting classic Italian spot re-opened better than ever recently. In addition to delicate delicious morsels of food, they have a beautiful backyard garden area for dining al fresco, protected from city streets. However, their delicious food and elegant but warm and inviting indoor dining makes it a year round spot.
