Parkway Bakery & Tavern
Parkway calls them poorboys, so don't get it twisted, but this is the quintessential NOLA poboy spot. You can never go wrong with the shrimp or roast beef with gravy!

Parasol's
Parasol's is a bar in the Irish channel which also makes amazing poboys. Do yourself a favor and order the firecracker shrimp. It's spicy fried shrimp piled onto French bread!!

Guy's Po-Boys
Guy's serves up some of my favorite shrimp poboys and you can even order the shrimp grilled if you want to skip out on their fried golden delicious option!
