Hunter House Hamburgers
It looks like a 50's dive when you pull up, and it is, but they keep it that way for a reason. The sliders speak for themselves! The walls are covered with records broken by locals making anyone there feel the community that surrounds the restaurant.

This spot is right outside of Detroit and debatably has the best burger in the city. It is your classic foodie spot with burgers that stack higher than you've ever seen, and the quality is equally as high!

Grey Ghost
This place brought me to tears. Literally. A Detroit do-not-miss success story of a group of dudes coming up with a menu with food that is unlike anything else in the world. From their fried bologna (which they're famous for) to their strawberry shortcake dessert with pop rock candy, the chefs here make nothing short of revolutionary meals.
