Fleur by Hubert Keller
The Fleur burger is noted as one of the most expensive burgers coming at a whopping $75+. I highly recommend this Waygu Beef burger, topped with seared foie gras and black truffles. It is phenomenal!

This popular New York restaurant that found its way to Vegas does not disapoint. Nobu serves creative Japenese Cuisine, indredible sashimi options and tasty seafood. Dishes such as their infamous Miso Cod and White Fish Sashimi with jalepenos are recommended for those who are not too adventureous. Those who are epicurios, Nobu also has offers an Omakase (Chef's choice) experience.

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés
For a fine carnivore experience, Bizzare Meats is a favorite. Exquisite cuts and aged steaks as well as other out of the ordinary meat options are served here. The 100% Waygu Beef is recommended and cooked at your table. It is a bit lofty at $50 an ounce but worth it and you do get a Certificate of Authenticity at the end of your meal.

Sixth + Mill
Nice place to have a small group dinner. We shared several starters that were all quite delicious. The calamari and brussel sprouts were the group favorites, as well as the meatballs. I ordered the muscles which were very good for being in a landlocked state. The desserts are delicious as well. I recommend the O'baba which is a rum soaked cake, vanilla custard, whipped cream and oranges- so yummy!

Mon Ami Gabi
I have been going to Mon Ami Gabi since I moved here and it is one of my favorite places to eat on The Strip. Mon Ami Gabi serves delicious French-American classics at reasonable Vegas Strip prices. If I come here after Bring, I always have the French Onion Soup. It is one of the best ones in Vegas, very good quality and loaded with onions and cheese. The Steak pommes frites are great choice if you are looking for a hearty meat and potato dish. Breakfasts and bunches here are also a favorite. The menu offerings are solid and a nice way to start the day off. Desserts here are luscious as well! The creme brulee which is a standard dessert is an excellent choice. I do recomend venturing deeper into their Desserts and try the Classic Profiteroles or their Maple Bread Pudding. Those two are my favorites!! Yum! The restaurant itself resembles a large French Brasserie, very cozy but it can be very busy. With that said, make RESERVATIONS!! Even if you make reservations, get their early because the check in line for reservations can be long! Bon Appetit!

Bouchon Bakery
Chef Thomas Keller has created little holes in the Venetian filled with sweet and savory items to pick up and take away. There are two bakeries, one across the Venetian Theatre underneath the escalators and another street side by the Strip. Like I said, little holes in the Venetian! I am a fan of Chef Thomas Keller and have been to 'French Laundry' in Napa as well as his Bouchon Restaurant several times and little bakeries in the Venetian. Like I said, I am a fan! I have never been disappointed with his food, baked items or service in any establishments. Everything in these little bakeries are baked in the restaurant and brought down daily. You really cannot go wrong with whatever you choose. I have chosen several over the years from cupcakes, cookies, croissants, sandwiches, macrons, etc. You name it, I have probably ingested it. For sweets the cupcakes are a favorite of mine because they change with the season. If you go during the holidays, you will find fun holiday themed pastries. Coffee is also served at Bouchon bakeries, so you can grab a coffee and pastry to go any time of the day. You may need to check the hours because Bouchon Bakery is not open 24/7 but they are open early in the morning. Enjoy your Bouchon!

Brooklyn Bowl
Fried chicken and a concert! That has been my usual whenever I come to Brooklyn Bowl. Yes, you can go bowling but you can also catch an amazing concert here. If you want to come in for dinner and drinks, that is fine too. I do have to suggest the fried chicken or the chicken wings. I swear it is some of the best in Vegas. Well, that is the opinion of myself and my concert going friends! Yumm

Vanderpump Cocktail Garden
Wow. So let's bring cocktailing up a level or two, shall we? I was very impressed by this Cocktail Garden and loved everything about it. I genuinely liked the staff from the host who seated me to the lovely servers who brought us our cocktails. Visually this place is sexy and that is the best way I can describe it! So we did not have a reservation but I was able to get a table towards the back. That was fine with me, I was just happy to get a table within a few minutes. So the funny thing was, I had checked this place online and noticed there was a dress code of 'upscale and fashionable'. I ran upstairs and changed my clothes because my brunch outfit was just that, a brunch outfit. I honestly do not think it made that much of a difference but I did not see shorts or t-shirts inside the Vanderpump. I honestly do not mind that as I do appreciate a Dress Code every now and then. All the cocktails on the menu sounded amazing and to see several gin drinks was a surprise. So I ordered the largest gin drink on the menu! No shame and a decent tolerance for alcohol here! I ordered the Giggy Tonic which was $20 and worth it! It was made with the purple Empress Gin which is impressive itself. My friends ordered 'Rome is Burning' which is their version of a Manhattan. It is served in a smoky bottle and is good for two people. My other friend ordered the Matcha Matcha Man cocktail which he liked very much. If all the cocktails were not enough, we also ordered the Fried Goat Cheese Balls with endive salad. They were very good, battered nicely and not oily. I liked the fun and sexiness of this place. It is not clubby although it has the appearance of one. It is a classy place to enjoy well made creative cocktails, have fun with your friends and celebrate being an adult! I am ready for round two... let's go amigos!

Veranda
I come here a lot! Located inside the Four Seasons, Veranda is one of my favorite places that I suggest to meet up for brunch or lunch. They also offer a nice Afternoon Tea as well. The food at any time of the day is delicious as well as the cocktails. I have done their Champagne Afternoon Tea at Veranda a couple of times and it is quite lovely!
