Petra is the top places to visit in Jordan. An archeological and historic city that goes beyond the Indiana Jones Treasury. Highly recommended is hiking up the 800 steps to the impressive Monestary. Also catch Petra by night where you can sit on blankets and listen to Bedouin music by candle light.

Red Sea
The Red Sea is bordered by several countries Including Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Israel. It is best to stay at a beach resort that offers private beaches and snorkeling. We took a private chartered yacht out onto the sea for snorkeling. Either way is best because using the public beaches is not recommend for tourists.
