Butcher Bar
Need to feed a large crew? For $300, Butcher Bar will serve up The Trough - a whole rotisserie chicken, house-made sausages, Chef's cut meat, wild boar ribs, cheeseburgers, house-smoked bacon, and short ribs! Paired with fries and grilled pita, I'd say you're pretty much set.

Saté Kampar
This Malaysian BYO is also located in East Passyunk and while you won't be remiss if you went for any of their braised beef or chicken rendangs, it's all about the classic Malay-style sates (chicken, beef, or goat) - all grilled to order!

Smokin' Betty's
They have a burger that's stacked with pork belly, avocado, and a fried egg. If that doesn't fit your fancy, maybe the tur-duck-en burger will?

Simply the best-in-class Israeli food in Philadelphia and possibly the East Coast. There's a reason why Solomonov is a star in our fair city. If you're with friends, do opt for that gorgeously glazed Pomegranate Lamb Shoulder

Hop Sing Laundromat
Located across the street from Dim Sum Garden, it's where folks go for some of the best drinks in town. This speakeasy isnt' without its rules though. While they did away with the dress code (for the most part!), be prepared to wait on the line no matter who you are and don't you dare snap photos with your camera inside. Over 3,000 patrons have proudly been banned over the years.
