Yarok
Here you get the best Arabian falafel in town! They have a particular flavor which I didn’t find in any other place in town. You should also try their homemade Airan! This place is always busy so the food is really fresh and tastes as good as it looks like. Also, it’s really not expensive and the quality is constantly high.

Tutti Island
Best African-style falafel in town! The peanut sauce is excellent because it’s light but intense. The makali is also high recommended: vegetables al dente, not deep but just a little pan fried which works perfectly with the generous amount of flavorful peanut and sesame sauces.

Heno Heno
Here you get Japanese filled rice sandwiches: onigirazu. They are freshly made when you order them and are a perfect healthy snack. The ones filled with salmon are my favorite ones but there are also some vegan options available.

Rüyam Gemüse Kebab
This is actually not a real Döner but it tastes just as well as one. Today, this interpretation of a Döner with a lot of flavorsome vegetables and tender chicken became the new Döner in Berlin. Almost every Döner diner sells them in this way now but Rüya makes one of Berlin’s best.

Azzam
Berlin has some excellent hummus in town and Azzam is definitely under the top 5. So go for the Hummus-sandwich here and also grab a Manakish with a thyme-topping, an Arabian kind of Pizza. Also, the hummus here comes as proper and filling meal and is incredibly cheap.

Dolce Pizza
The Pizza slices at Dolce Pizza taste like childhood for me. This all time Berlin classic makes crispy and juicy pizza „tongues“ with authentic toppings and you can buy single pieces of the different big „tongues“.

Malafritta
We’ve got Neapolitan fried pizza in Berlin! This is the new snack bar run by the owners of one of Berlin’s best pizzerias. I love the arancini (fried rice balls) because they remind me to summers in Italy. This kind of Italian street food is still very unique in town and probably in Germany so you should definitely check that out!
