New Orleans
Vegan lunch spot (soon to open for dinner) that is very unassuming. Salads and juices are your typical fare here but the salads are huge and very filling. The soon to be dinner menu has hot options that will blow your mind being and leave you questioning how they could be all plant based. Quirky and cute spot. Uptown. No alcohol.

Midnight Noodle
Vegan DIM SUM. YES PLEASE. Located in the Catahoula Hotel Downtown. Pasta and dumplings are made in house. And some of the items can be quiet spicy! The location is very trendy. You can enjoy your vegan dim sum at the Pisco Bar, in the gorgeous courtyard or at the rooftop hotel bar. I vote rooftop!

Delicious, hearty vegan meals with a southern flare. They're very into sustainability (i.e. recycled menus and locally grown ingredients). Only plant based options here. There's a build your own salad option on the menu but I prefer the hot menu items. Eggplant Poboy, Chili Cheese Dogs and Gumbo are items I'll regularly order. The menu changes ever now and again but the salads, gumbo and poboys are always a staple. Between the CBD and the Garden District. Full bar.

Smallest of restaurant seating only about 25 with bar, family style table, and window bar seating. No alcohol but BYOB. Corking fee. BEST RAMEN IN NEW ORLEANS. PERIOD. Small menu to go with their small venue but it's always changing, if not daily, then weekly. Over the last year they've begun incorporating a vegan option in their ramen choices. They do not substitute or alter dishes at any request. But it's delicious as is. Trust me. Between Broadmoor and MidCity.

New Orleans
Get ready to feel random. In a slightly sketchy area of NOLA, Rolls & Rock is located in the Circle Food Store (which is struggling to stay open, so Rolls & Rock might be changing locations) but the food is worth the trek! Poboys, Tacos and Sushi (all vegan) are offered. The food is beautiful and delicious. And it tickles me that they call their vegan poboys-rich girls! Occasionally the chef does popups around the city. Food is reasonably priced and always enjoyable. No alcohol.

Sneaky Pickle
Adorably little spot on the edge of Bywater. Very vegan friendly and soul food themed while also serving omni food. All meat is cooked separately from vegan dishes. You order at the counter, receive a number and pick a spot to dine. Very casual. No alcohol. Cute patio for outdoor dining. Get the mac and cheese or the Ruben!

Superfood Bar
Despite the name, not a bar, no alcohol but great quick vegan food. Wraps, salads, smoothies and juices abound! The wraps are incredibly filling and flavorful. There's spots to eat inside but I'd rather take mine to go. I'd suggest the Miso-Rice or the Shroom Wrap.
