Ancolie
Cute French café with bright lighting, aesthetic interior, and very hipster. Their goal at this café is to serve healthy food options by avoiding processed grains and refined sugar. This is the perfect place to grab a quick bite without having to ponder over the long and unhealthy ingredient lists that most food establishments include. However, the BEST part is the idea of creating a more sustainable environment. They serve most of their foods in reusable glass mason jars that you can take home with you! Bring the jar back on your next trip to Ancolie and you get a $1 off. How cool is that?? Oh and they use bamboo straws instead of plastic straws!

by CHLOE. 22nd Street
The entire menu is vegan, perfect if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions! The setting is super cute and the food is amazing as well! They have several locations in NYC, includnig one called Sweets by Chloe, which is a smaller version of ByChloe- it's a cute little bakery/juice bar and yes, you guessed it- all veganMy favorite things to order from ByChloe are probably the burgers (The classic burger made with tempeh is sooo good!) and their mac and cheese made with sweet potatoes and cashews as their "cheese" sauce.

Inday
Not entirely a vegan menu, but they have a great selection of vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. Inday boats on the concept of healthy and "fast" food in a nontraditional way. They provide a great twist to classic Indian dishes, such as cauliflower rice instead of regular white rice, watermelon radish, and even lentil chips. Great vegan options include their tofu curry and falafel. All in all, Inday provides a modernized feel of traditional Indian food, so expect a lighter and healthier taste in each dish.

PlantMade really focuses on providing nutrient dense food that is better for our bodeis and for the environment.
