Pat's Cafe
Pat’s is an eclectic little restaurant for brunch that’s about a five minute walk away from Pier 39. I ordered a yummy veggie wrap with sweet potatoes, black beans, rice and avocado.

PIER 39
After brunch we walked over to Pier 39 to visit the shops and see a view of the city, including Alcatraz. We couldn’t miss saying hi to the lazy sea lions!

Golden Gate Bridge
The most iconic site in San Fran is of course, the Golden Gate Bridge. We quickly drove by at Vista Point for an overlook view, but we couldn’t find any parking so we ended up going down to Crissy Field to grab a coffee and get a few snapshots in front of the bridge.]

Twin Peaks
During our second trip to the city, Thomas and I decided to go to a spot that neither of us had visited before: Twin Peaks. After checking out some photos on IG and driving up a long and windy road, we made it to the top and were able to see a panoramic view of the city.

Fisherman's Wharf
My favorite part of San Fran is the food – specifically, soup in a sourdough bread bowl at the Boudin Factory. Since Thomas had never been before, we checked it out while exploring around Fisherman’s Wharf

The San Francisco Cable Car
Something I’ve always loved about San Francisco is riding in the cable cars! Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to ride one during this trip, but if you have time a ride is only $7 and there are different routes to take you around the city.
