Bardo Restaurant
This new restaurant in the South End neigborhood is dishing out some of the prettiest plates we've ever seen. The menu is limited, the plates are small, and the space is cozy but the experience is well worth it and every bte of food is delicious. Make sure you hav a reservation as this place is very popular.

Church and Union Charlotte
This upscale uptown eatery is serving sophisticated American food in a converted church with a trendy vibe. Chef Jamie Lynch competed on Bravo's Top Chef and his food is definitely a show stopper.

Bulla Gastrobar
Located in South Park this Spanish style tapas restaurant has some of the best small plates and hand crafted cocktails in town. Another place where a reservation is probably a good idea as they tend to fill up on weekend evenings. Pro tip: order the Huevos Bulla...you won't regret it!

The Suffolk Punch
Suffolk Punch is a popular spot in the South End neighborhood that has great cocktails, an ever changing seasonal menu, and a beautiful outside patio. When the weather is nice (it usually is in Charlotte) ask to sit outside to enjoy your date night under the twinkling lights.

O-Ku
Our favorite sushi restaurant in Charlotte is also a perfect spot for date night. They serve classics like duck bao buns and specialty sushi rolls in a rustic-industrial space located in Atherton Mill in South End. Pro tip: they do half price sushi rolls on Monday and Wednesday evenings for when you're balling on a budget!

Fahrenheit
If you really want to impress your date, then Fahrenheit in Uptown might be the place for you. The cocktails are fantastic and the dessert menu is to die for but this rooftop restaurant has the best view in Charlotte, hands down.
