Lunch (seafood) by the sea - Carcavelos beach is very close to Lisbon, around 30 minutes by train or Guincho which is further away but very well known for its amazing seafood.

Parque Florestal de Monsanto
Runs/bike rides on the riverside or in "Monsanto" park - if you choose Monsanto make sure you enjoy the viewpoint, it used to be forbidden but now is open for the public
