Topo Terraco
One of the best views (if not the best) of the city, perfect for a sunset looking over the castle. Good drinks, music and "petiscos"- the portuguese version of tapas.

A Praça
Located inside the "Lx Factory" area (a must visit if you are in Lisbon). Has this cool and weird mixed up decor and the most delicious food. We advise you to choose only from the "petiscos" menu, where you can taste traditional food with a twist of contemporary kitchen.

Frankie
Specialized on hot dogs but I promise you that this are the best hot dogs in town. The bread that they use is portuguese - and they make it crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Lots of choices for the sausage and for the toppings and sauces there are many possibilities (and all of them make us drool). The potato fries with cheddar and bacon are also a must, and you can leave the restaurant with a full stomach by only spending 6 euros.

Sky Bar Oriente
There are tw of them, one downtown and other near the "Parque das Nações" area. Both of them have some of the best terrace views in town, combined with great cocktails.

Empanaderia El Pibe
The most consumed snack in South America - the empanada - with its own house in Lisbon. It's the first empanaderia of the city and has creations with names of South American celebrities. The empanadas are varied and delicious, and the side dishes too. Extremely cheap - you can leave the restaurant really full for less then 10 euros.

That Place That Does Not Exist
The name literally means "that place that doesn't exist". They have this anti-marketing philosophy, so no social media or menus available anywhere - and if you take a picture inside the restaurant, make sure no workers know about it. The owners want this place to remain "that place that doesn't exist", involving it in a certain mystique. If you pass by its entrance, you won't even know it's a restaurant because it looks like a store or a factory. Once inside, it's like no restaurant you've ever seen. And forget all the rules about how to set a table: some have chairs on the table and the plates on the chairs... It's a place you'll never forget, and the food is amazing.

Pistola y Corazon Taqueria
The authentic mexican tacos, made by those who know them best: mexicans. Huge tables meant to be shared, because Mexican food - and especially the tacos - asks for shared meals! The decor is based on small "kitsch" details that represent a more modern Mexico. Extremely friendly staff!
