Balanced Rock
This is a fun, short and easy trail around a large rock that is balancing on top of another rock and it defitinely appears to defy gravity.

Delicate Arch
Delicate Arch is Utah's symbol and one of the most recognized formations across the US. It is absolutely incredible, and much larger than you would imagine. You can either hike there or look at it from two separate viewpoints. I highly recommend you go right up to it! You will be amazed!

Double Arch
This arch is one of my most favorite in the park. It is indeed double, and absolutely massive. Go under it and sit there for a bit. Standing under Double Arch, to me, is like being in a temple…a Temple of Nature!

Fiery Furnace
If you are lucky enough to sign up for one of the Fiery Furnace guided hikes, you are in for a treat. This is basically a fascinating limestone maze, and you will have to climb over some rocks, and sqeeze through narrow spaces. It is an incredible experience, and if you plan to do it, sign up for a guided tour well in advance! If you wait too long, everything will be booked.

Park Avenue
Hiking on Park Avenue is almost like being in The City…well…almost! Instead of walking among skyscrapers you will be walking among large limestone walls and monoliths. Also, don't expect this avenue to be nicely paved, bring a sturdy pair of hiking boots. If you don't want to hike, you can just stop at Park Avenue Viewpoint along the main road, and enjoy the spectacular panorama.

Sand Dune Arch
Sand Dune Arch is hidden from sight, so you will have to take the short trail from the parking lot if you want to see it. That's OK, though, because getting to it is a lot of fun. You will hike on some sand, that has been trapped between tall limestone walls. Then, unexpectedly, you will find the arch in one of those walls. It is a very neat experience indeed.

Partition Arch
Here is another neat arch to visit. It is located along Devil's Garden Trail, and it is "partitioned" in two, a larger and a smaller arch. Go behind it, and enjoy the incredible panorama you can see through the openings.

Navajo Arch
I love this arch along Devil's Garden Trail, and I highly recommend you make the trek to see it. It is carved in a large rock, and when you walk through it, you will find yourself in an enclosed area, surrounded by giant limestone boulders.

Landscape Arch
Landscape Arch is thought to be one of the longest natural arches in the world, and it is really quite awesome. It spans about 290 feet, and it is located on Devil's Garden Trail. Ladscape Arch is getting quite thin, and may not be there for much longer, so be sure to check it out when in Arches National Park.
