Jack's Wife Freda
A great spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner featuring Mediterranean food. It's usually pretty busy, but the wait is worth it.

Prince Street Pizza
One of the best pizza slices (or should I say sqaures) in NYC, in my opinion. It's served in a tiny shop in SoHo that's easy to miss walking by, but once you try it you won't forget it. Get the classic thick crust pepperoni sqaure (even as someone who is not a fan of meat pizza, this is my one very notable exception).

The Smith
Home to the best mac and cheese I've ever had-- it's served in a hot skillet with a crispy brown top layer that gives way to an ooey gooey center featuring 4 different cheeses in perfect balance with the macaroni. Plus everything else on their menu that I've had is also definitely worth the visit.
