Levain Bakery - Amsterdam Avenue
The greatest Chocolate Chip Cookie. It's massive, crispy on the outside and gooey in the inside and served warm so the choc chips are melted.

The Maple Leaf
Okay so this place is on the pricier end of the scale, but I swear to you the truffle mac and cheese is the best mac and cheese I have ever enjoyed. Its considered a side, so you can save yourself some money by adding the delicious truffle parmesan fries as another side, and just have a cheesy, truffle filled dinner. Although this isn't the classiest or fanciest of dishes, this place has a seriously delicious twist on this classic comfort food.

The Fourteas
This is a unique, 1940's wartime themed tea room that makes for a fun twist on a classic English high tea. The scones with clotted cream and jam are enough to keep me dreaming about going back.

If you want to try some great polish perogies, give this place a go! It has some amazing wall art, and the Sicilian Perogies that I tried were an amazing dinner.
