NoMa is a little more spread out because there isn't really a strip where you'll run into restaurants for five consecutive blocks, but the stuff in the neighborhood is worth trying. A quick YELP search will help you narrow down your decisions. Try starting out at Union Station, which is the closest thing DC proper has to a mall. The food there is so good and random!
