SUGARFISH by sushi nozawa
Some of the best and most affordable omakase sushi we've found in NYC. This LA hotspot is also new to the East Coast, so expect a bit of a wait! Rumor has it that it took them years to open in NYC in order to get the fish quality to perfection; so you can bet that it will be some of the freshest around.

Elevated Italian dishes in the heart of Little Italy! The menu features unique bruschettas + the largest dessert cannoli you will ever eat - they even give you a wooden mallet to break it open!

Beyoglu
Living in the neighborhood has made me obsessed with this no frills Turkish spot! It is extremely affordable, fresh, and reliable. The Beyoglu Salad + Mezze platter is our go to order!

Thursday Kitchen
We recommend this korean tapas spot to everyone! The food is some of the best we've had in the city, the price is affordable, the "adult kool-aid" cocktails in light up pouches are super fun, and the ambiance is great - the menus are all written on old children books. Some menu highlights are the crispy chicken, avocado, and edamame truffle dumplings!

Boqueria Spanish Tapas - Flatiron
Our favorite spot in the city for Spanish tapas! After traveling to Spain, we were craving some of our favorite finds (shishito peppers & tomato bread) and luckily this spot with locations throughout the city can transport us back!

Old school Italian cuisine with large bowls of pasta and the best roasted eggplant you will ever eat! Make sure you bring cash because this local spot does not take cards, although they do take reservations.

Santina
This beautiful restaurant (with all glass walls) is located right underneath the Highline. Walk in and immediately feel like you've left NYC for a beach town in Italy! The menu is heavily seafood and veggie focused and the squash carpaccio cannot be missed!
