Dig Inn
This has been one of our go to lunch spots since moving to NYC 4 years ago and while the process of creating a bowl has changed, the quality of ingredients has stayed the same. You pick a base, three sides, and a protein! Our fave: the sweet potatoes and half of avocado + salt + olive oil drizzle. There are many locations around the city.

Bondi Sushi
The perfect to go (or stay) sushi spot in Flatiron/Nomad started by two best friends who purchase fresh fish daily and use what they have until it runs out. You create your own box of rolls and they're simple, yet fresh and delicious. They even have the option of cauliflower rice, which we haven't seen anywhere else!

The best salad spot that locally sources their ingredients! We like to custom make our salad, but anything you eat here will be delicious. There are a bunch of locations around the city too, which makes it a conveninet lunch or dinner spot.

This fast casual spot from the owners of one of the best restaurants in the world (Eleven Madison Park) serves up seasonal salads, plates, and chicken dishes that can't be missed. Our go-to is the Chicken Rice served with chicken thighs, scallions, roasted tomatoes, and crispy chicken skin!
