Hu Kitchen
Half restaurant, half store located on 5th avenue by Union Square, this spot is something we stop by weekly! Not only is this restaurant gluten free, but it is soy free, paleo, non-GMO, and more. Their chocolates are life changing (the Almond Butter + Puffed Quinoa is a must try) and their cookie dough truffles (almond butter covered in their chocolate + nuts) will be eaten in one day!

Friedman's
Our choice for a super crave-worthy brunch or lunch feast, this southern influenced spot has a few locations throughout the city including Chelsea Market spinoff Friedman's Lunch. While many restaurants offer gluten free bread these days, Friedman's takes it a step above with gluten free fried chicken, pancakes and waffles. Their newest spinoff by Penn Station has a bagel shop attached (Browns Bagels), so you can satisfy your bagel and lox craving too!

Senza Gluten
If you want gluten, head elsewhere, as this restaurant is ENTIRELY gluten-free. The founders are committed to recreating lip-smacking, home cooked, Italian food sans wheat and what they do is truly amazing. After an order of lasagna and tiramisu, you wont miss regular old gluten for a second.

Rubirosa
There's a perrenial line for this hip Nolita spot, but it's well worth the wait to get your hands on a separate gluten free menu that includes mozzarella sticks, arancini, and all the pizza and pasta choices you could want. We happen to be partial to their most well known pie: pizza with vodka sauce.

Lilli and Loo
It's not easy to order sesame chicken, peanut noodles, and other standard Chinese fare gluten free, but Lilli and Loo in Midtown West manages to recreate almost everything on their menu for those with celiac. This includes those really hard to find gluten-free items like dumplings and tempura, so head here to satisfy all of your pan-asian cravings or make it your new favorite delivery place!
