Hemingway's Bar and Hideaway
In a newly developing part of Nashville (Wedgewood Houston), this bar has great food, creative cocktails with a menu that I appreciate (as it details the method of mixing as well as the type of glass the libation is served in) Also has good wine for those vinophils.

Attaboy
A speakeasy that requires some patience. There are times that there are waits for waiting but it is worth it. Tell the bartender what you like and likely an unfamiliar favorite will be discovered.
