Sulphur Mountain
Take the gondola up! Great view of the mountains, easy way up without having to do lots of work. If you don't want to pay for the gondola you can hike up the mountain, takes about 2 hours.

Johnston Canyon
Beautiful waterfalls and easy walking paths. Be sure to hike all the way up to the ink pots! They're definitely worth visiting.
