Snarf's Sandwiches
Imagine a parallel universe where Subway used fresh ingredients, made quality bread, and didn't leave your clothes smelling like wet American "cheese". Snarf's is @goodknightzoe and I's go-to quick bite spot whenever we're on the way outta town for a road trip, and it's one of my favorite parts about road tripping. This place is fantastic!

Twisted Pine Brewing Co
Holy smokes this Mac n cheese is fricken fantastic!! Their beer menu is surprisingly vast (30-ish taps) and everything I've drank here has been on par or better.

The Bitter Bar
One of my favorite spots in town for a good cocktail. They've got all the classics, and plenty of new drinks that their baretenders are whipping up. Their happy hour is very solid as well. Although it can get busy, it's never so loud in there that you can't have a conversation.

No Name Bar
Easily one of the best cocktail menus I've come across in Boulder - It's quite long, and loaded up almost exclusively with classic American cocktails. It's even organized neatly by each drink's base spirit, so you're pretty much guaranteed to stare at it for at least 10 minutes, suspended in indecision. It's tucked away into a plaza on the hill (unfortunately 😂), so it's easy to miss but this place definitely doesn't disappoint!
