Tian Jin Dumpling House
You don’t see lamb in dumplings often which is many what makes these guys stand out. Although it would be a damn fine dump with any filling.

East Wind Snack Shop
East Wind uses dry aged beef to create one of the tastiest dumplings in NYC. And thankfully they’ve opened up in N 3rd Street Market in Williamsburg so you no longer need to venture to South Slope to get them!

Mimi Cheng's Dumplings
Personally I think the traditional dumplings are good but overpriced. The reason to go here is the monthly special collabs they do with other restaurants. Whatever it is- get an order.

Dumpling Galaxy
The beauty of dumpling galaxy isn’t any one dumping, but the fact there are NINETY-NINE different ones. So you can gorge yourself all afternoon without ever repeating.

White Bear
It’s actually the wontons you want here not the dumplings, but close enough. And the chili oil here is straight crack. Don’t worry, it’s not really that spicy.

Joy Luck Palace
One of the best dim sum spots in NYC serves my favorite Har Gow (shrimp dumpling). Make sure to get your own order.

North Dumpling
My personal favorite Hole-In-The-Wall dumpling spot. It’s a little more LES than Chinatown which keeps the crowds away and 10 dumplings will run you $3. Great scallion pancakes too.
