Nutbutter
The best healthy & vegan friendly spot in Dublin. Slightly a build-your-own bowl type of place, but with a wide variety of options from mexican bowl to thai bowls. The avocado mouse truffle is a great way to finish your meal.

The Fumbally
Another trendy hipster style industrial cafe, but with freshly baked breads and really yummy breakfast/brunch. Everything on the menu is seasonal, pasture-raised, organic and local. The coconut yogurt with peaches, pomegranates and "free from everything" granola was flavorful but a little watery. I'd still get it again. The avocado toast with an egg and pickled beetroot was delicious as well.

The Rolling Donut
A vegan donut shop with a lot of different flavors. A little dry, but they nail the traditional donut style sans dairy & eggs.

Tang
One of the best meals I'd ever had. It's kind of like a lux cafeteria disguised as a coffee shop. A few menu items, but mostly just a few pre-cooked seasonal ingredients that they throw together for you in a bowl when you arrive. Mine was mixed leafy greens, pesto rice, roasted and herbed garbanzo beans, pesto zucchini, beetroot hummus and pickled carrot slaw. It's like the comfort of a home cooked meal, but prepared by a Michelin star chef.
