Yes yes it's a large healthy grocery store chain, but the desserts are amazing. If you need a vegan birthday cake or some quick vegan donuts for the office, this is a great stop.

Pressed Juicery
Debuted early in 2017, Pressed Juicery's "Pressed Freeze" was all the rage. It's a simple healthy ice cream based on their juices, so think healthy frozen juices. It's completely plant-based and similar to Frozen Fruit Co. but more on the sorbet side, with loads of healthy toppings like almond butter, strawberries, milk-free chocolate drizzle, coconut shreds, etc.

Elderberries Threefold Cafe
Amazing amazing raw vegan cheesecake. The slices are small, I honestly could have ordered 3. The menu is limited, but they also offer banana chocolate chip muffins and banana ice cream.

Green Table Cafe
A cute little cafe with lunch salads, grain bowls and acai bowls (the best acai bowls in LA, actually) but also a big cold case with raw & vegan desserts. The raw pecan pie is perfect for the holidays and the tiramisu bites are bomb.com

The Bigg Chill
LA's infamous frozen yogurt shop at one point, now the hype has died down due to competition. it's still bomb! They offer one rotating dairy-free flavor, and it's usally creamy and not icy like most places (aka, not sorbet). The vegan cookie dough topping is even better than the regular cookie dough.

Powerplant Superfood Cafe
Really yummy chocolate ice cream and chocolate shakes. They also have vegan/gf cookies, but they're kinda crunchy (I like chewy, but if you're into crunchy/crispy cookies, go for it!) The cookies are like really big Chips Ahoy.

Real Food Daily
Primarily an italian vegan restaurant (more on the vegan junk food side), it also has amazing vegan desserts. The pizza (the dough and sauce are made fresh in house) is a good precursor to the lava cake as well.

Frozen Fruit Co
Just as it sounds, but 50x better. Made entirely from fruits, plants and nature's lovely sweeteners (dates, maple syrup, etc.) All of the treats are dairy free, vegan and paleo. You have to try the coconut milk-based chocolate!

Beaming
Alongside their superfood smoothies and to-go lunches, Beaming offers a variety of vegan baked goods from the most amazing vegan protein cookie, carrot cakes, key lime pie, and ice cream cookie sandwiches. They do a raw vegan pumpkin pie for the month of November, and I have yet to miss a year!

Nothing compares to this baked donut shop. It's the old fashion donut your used to, but with a modern spin, featuring gluten-free and vegan options alongside cold brew and drip coffee. The ingredients are simple and clean, which totally warms my healthy heart. I recommend the lemon donut - don't knock it 'til you try it!
