MuseumsQuartier
Regardless of the time of year Vienna’s museum district is a must visit place. However, if you can visit in the winter after a blanket of snow has fallen, the streets and buildings of the Museum Quarter turn into pure magic.

Haus in der Salzburger Altstadt
Walking through the historic Altstadt district is like taking a walk a through 1700s Salzburg. The coffee is a must, and if you are there during the Christmas season, a warm gluhwein and Bonsa sausage complete your Altstadt experience.

Old Town
Two highlights for this historic district include 1.) Their monthy Art Walk, in which visitors can enjoy viewing local art and drinking local wine, and 2.) Nights of Lights. From November to Janurary, the buildings and trees glow with over 3 million lights! National Geographic even named it one of the top 10 places to see Christmas lights in the world!

San Polo
San Polo is a smaller district in Venice and is best known for the Rialto Bridge, which has some of my favorite shops! The best part, though, is exploring the quiet, narrow streets and smaller, less crowded Venetian squares.

London Borough of Tower Hamlets
Containing not only the Tower of London and the Tower bridge, the Tower Hamlets boasts some of London’s best markets. Brick Lane market alone is somewhere you can wonder through all day and still not see everything!
