Museu Coleção Berardo
This one caught me off guard on my initial visit. I had no idea I would leave loving it as much as I did. It is large and just a very enjoyable collection of modern and contemporary art.

Guggenheim
The building itself puts this one on the list, though the inside is amazing as well. I love the focus on large instillations and works that really put your mind to work.

Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma
My favorite modern art museum that maily features new exhibitions. Every time that I have been the museum has been completely different but still spectacular.

Louisiana (Humlebæk Strandvej)
It is a bit out of the city but entirely worth the trip. The museum is on a gorgeous property and features lots of works to make you think.

The National Gallery
There are so many highlights in the National Gallery it can be hard to keep track. It has masterpieces spanning centuries and some of the most famous works in the world are housed here.

Musée d'Orsay
It would be hard to leave not in awe. The building itself is spectacular and the galleries spanning the centuries are some of the best in the world. The amazing collection of impressionist works is the best I have ever seen.

Tate Modern
The combination of the best permanent and exhibition modern art galleries in the world, in my opinion. I always love coming back to the permanent instillations just as much as I love seeing what's new.
