Collective Coffee Co
If you work from home and doing business in Mount Pleasant, you’ll fit right in at this business heavy coffee shop. The food is good too.

Mercantile and Mash
A very popular coffee shop ☕️ at the beautifully renovated Cigar Factory building on East Bay. Lot of business meetings happen here in Charleston so not the place for peace and hiding out! The sandwiches and salads are also good at lunch and there is some outdoor picnic bench seating for nice days.

The Daily
Best coffee shop in town imho. Great fresh and organic breakfast and lunch options too, many with a Middle Eastern touch. The Oat Milk Latte is my favorite in town - super creamy.

Black Tap Coffee
Tiny little coffee joint on Beaufain downtown. Lots of Millennials on laptops with ear phones as it’s near the College so pretty quiet except for keys tapping! Here it’s all about the Pour!

One Broad Street
Beautiful sunny spot in great downtown location. Brunch is the focus. Best avocado toast in town. Happy hour burger is great - the way a Big Mac would taste if the ingredients were super fresh! Baked goods are hard to pass up too.

Bitty and Beau’s Coffee
A great spot to grab a morning coffee ☕️ downtown while nourishing you’re soul as well. This coffee shop is staffed by people with disabilities, all of whom are amazingly kind, sweet and hard working. Don’t miss it!

babas on cannon
This is a really cute little place on Cannon Street a block off King. Inside has the feel of a European Cafe. Great baked goods and small plates. The soft boiled farm egg salad with bacon and avocado added was great. Coffee was delicious. Old World feel - very Parisian. Turns into a wine bar at night, serving small plates.

If you want great coffee from The Daily but need some quiet for work or a meeting, this is the spot for you. It doesn’t open until 10am though!
