Cafe Mar Azul
Mar Azul was an essential breakfast spot for me when in Playa Grande! It was right on the way to my favorite beach spot, so stopping here was a no-brainer! The food was always fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly! I miss this place so much!

Hotel Bula Bula Playa Grande
Didn't lodge here during my trip, but went to the bar/restaurant almost every day! The restaurant served great food, and the bar staff was great! Tasty drinks and the place to be if you plan on taking a shot of Patron at 11 in the morning (it happens lol)

Pura Aventura
Canopy Pura Aventura provides AMAZING and fun zip line canopy tours! This was such a highlight of my trip! Our guides were great and very knowledgeable! The views were breathtaking!

Frijoles Locos Surf Shop, Lessons and Rentals
A must stop for surfers in Playa Grande! Great place for rash guards, board rentals, or just beach wear and souvenirs! Proud to say I have a Frijolos Locos stickers on the back of my Jeep!

Hotel & Bistro Cantarana, Playa Grande Guanacaste
I didn't lodge at Catarana, but my group ate dinner there one night, and it was *fabulous*. I did a surf and turf plate, and it was wonderful. Great atmosphere to gather and just have a good time!

Cafe del Pueblo
SUCH GOOD ITALIAN!!! Seriously this place was delicious and a great atmosphere. Small and quaint, but amazing food. Just a nice, quiet place for great food and friends.
