Polly's Pancake Parlor
People come from far and wide for these pancakes. All diff types of batter, mix-ins, and seasonal specials. Definitely call ahead because there can be a long wait but enjoy the gift shop and be sure to bring the kiddos with you. This place is a famous family run institution in NH. Pancakes are EPIC.
