Nacho Daddy - Summerlin
I have been to all of the Nacho Daddy locations in the Vegas area, including their original that used to be in Henderson. This Nacho Daddy is my favorite due to the location in a quieter area away from The Strip. All the locations are great but this one feels like it was made for the locals! The food and drink at Nacho Daddy is solid from the margaritas, various nachos, Mexican food and brunch items. I am not big of margaritas but my favorite at any of the locations is the White Peach Margarita. It is just the right amount of sweetness as I do not care for overly sweet beverages. As for the nachos, I recommend all of them! If you are looking for something different than your typical ground beef nachos, I recommend the Thai Chicken Nachos, The Golden Nights nachos or the Lobster and Crab Nachos. Those are my favorites! All are like upgraded nachos, taking it up a couple of notches- So good. If you are looking for vegan dishes, they have options from their vegan nachos, avocado tacos or vegan chocolate cake. I've tried them and my favorites are the avo tacos and cake. For brunches, family or solo dining this location on the edges of Summerlin is a great place for casual Mexican eats!

Ono Sushi
This is a pretty good AYCE Sushi if you are on this side of Las Vegas. I have come in a couple times and both times it has been solid. For the price and considering it is an AYCE the menu items are interesting and are of good quality. One of my favorites is the Orange Blossom Roll and I've tried it both times that I have been here. It is tasty especially when you squeeze that orange wedge on it. I also recommend their mini tacos, pork belly, agedashi tofu, salmon kama and any of their specialty rolls. There is a lot to try here and all is quite delish!

Vegas Hotpot
At $16.99 for lunch, this is a very good place to eat in Chinatown. You will not leave hungry when you get rolled out. I would say it is one of the best deals for this part of town. For the lunch price it is AYCE and the options are great. You have the double pots so you can choose two different broths. The meat, noodles and vegetable options are good and served to your table so you do not have to leave your table. Well, you can leave the table for the sauce bar where you can create your own sauces for dipping. The broth bases were very nice and even better after everything goes in. I like to mix it up and add tofu or shellfish with my hot pot and those items are also included with the price. They also offer some desserts when done, just to complete you lunch experience.

Chanko Shabu & Bar
I am such a fan of Chanko! Everything is exceptional from the sleek atmosphere, friendly service and delicious food. Yes it is a bit more than similar places but it is definitely worth it. They serve a steamed box that has your choice of premium meat, vegetables and mushrooms. Also on the menu is Shabu hot pot which is also delicious!

EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine
A locals favorite for some of the best tapas and Spanish/ Latin inspired dishes! One of my favorites in Vegas! Incredible flavors, lovely atmosphere and incredible service. The Lomo Saltado for the main course is amazing. If you like bone marrow, they serve a delicious roasted marrow for a starter.

Mg Patisserie and Cafe
This place takes the cake... literally! I am a huge fan for lovely little desserts with a European flair. MG Patisserie is just that, a lovely café offering lovely little desserts. Michael the owner has journeyed quite far from his home in Burgundy, France to create divine pastries for us Vegas locals. I tasted several different creations with a couple of friends and all of them were incredible. The Crème Brulee is very light in texture and quite creamy, I enjoyed it very much. I am a fan of the cheesecake because there are graham crumbs on top so you do not have to dig up the crust for added texture. The creaminess of the cheesecake is very light and nice as well. The chocolate creations are very delicious but my favorite was the large pink macaron with vanilla filling. Everything about this delicious pink cookie was wonderful from the texture to the filling. I am in love with this place.

Don't let the location fool you! Yes, it is literally the next door from Sapphires Gentlemen's Club. The enterances are seperated from each other but share the same building. The food, cocktails and happy hour are great here. I rayka-mend the tableside guacamole or the queso dip! Super good!

Bellagio Hotel and Casino
For one of themed hotels on The Strip, the Bellagio has maintained that touch of class for dining, culture and shopping in Las Vegas. Since I am a local, I have not stayed at this hotel but have friends who loved their stay and continue to stay here. As locals, we are more likely to visit the restaurants on The Strip if it is worth the trip down. If you are a local, you know what I am saying! The restaurant scene inside the Bellagio offers some of the best dining experiences from celebrity chefs to Michelin Star restaurants. I have dined at many of the restaurants inside and all have been solid choices. If you look up at the ceiling of the lobby, you will see a full display of Chihuly blown glass. If you are familiar with his glass art, you would have seen it throughout this country like Seattle or in garden exhibitions. Bellagio is also home to one of the loveliest conservatories that changes during the holidays. The botanical arrangements and over the top displays have been a favorite for tourist and locals alike. The Museum of Art inside the Bellagio has also been a favorite for us locals who like a spoonful of culture with our coffee. There are wonderful touring exhibitions from famed artists that find residency inside the Bellagio. The more that I am writing this review, the more I am realizing how much this hotel/ casino creates some type of cultural aspect in Sin City. It is worth the visit to this hotel even if you are not staying here, especially if you enjoy a bit of culture and a lot of fine dining.

True Food Kitchen
I have always loved the concept of healthy and fresh ingredients in my food and drinks. The Smashed Avocado Toast is good especially if you like arugula. I am a huge fan of those greens and can eat it with anything. So yes, I am a fan of their arugula layered Avo Toast! The Fig and Gorgonzola Flat Bread is delicious here as well and a great starter to share or a meal in itself. I also tried their Prairie Mary which is their take of a Bloody Mary. I thought is was quite good and recommend it to those Bloody Mary fans such as I! Happy Eats!

Elia Authentic Greek Taverna
Elia offers many delicious menu options including crispy Fried Zucchini Slices, fresh seafood (a Greek staple), a delicious roasted feta and other traditional dishes. The wine selection is also great and includes Macedonian wine which I did try while there. I love the service here, everyone was friendly and attentive. The food was even better! Our sea bass was so fresh and with crispy skin, so perfect. I think I ate the whole roasted feta, I have been known to polish off a lot of cheese during meals! I must recommend the Fried Zucchini slices! Those were amazing, so thin and crispy without being greasy.

TAKOPA JAPANESE STREET FOOD
This is such a delicious little spot especially if you looking for Japanese style street food or a good bowl of ramen. It's no secret that I sometimes need my Asian food fix and this is a great place for it. Located on Spring Mountain, Takopa is not a big place but parking is easy and the food is super tasty! If you are in the mood for noodles, this is a great spot for ramen or yakisoba. I do like the ramen here and it is a solid bowl of noodz! The Yaki Chasyu is delicious which you can eat on its own. I enjoyed eating it along side my bowl of ramen- YUM! If you like takoyaki then this is a good place for it, as they offer a variety of takoyaki. Takopa offers small plates of six or a larger platter of 16 pieces of takoyaki. It's like takoyaki lovers dream! This cute Japanese hot spot is a wonderful addition to the deliciousness of Spring Mountain. Definitely worth the visit to cure that Asian food fix!

Sushi Neko
For the price and the selections on the menu it is a definite good deal. We have tried many different items from pork belly, specialty rolls, sashimi, handrolls, etc. All were good especially for the price you are paying. The quality of the items are a step up of what you would expect for an AYCE sushi place.

Ohana Hawaiian BBQ
Huge portions for a great price! The food is Hawaiian comfort food- BBQ, rice, macaroni salad, missubi, Loco Moco, etc. I have tried several of their protein choices and stay with the BBQ Chicken, BBQ Short Ribs or Chicken Katsu. All are what you would expect from a casual Hawaiian BBQ place and very delicious. I also like to order a Spam Missubi although they also offer other types if you do not like Spam.

Valencian Gold
VG is the only Paella place that is set up to do a customized Pallela bowl. There are four bases including two vegan that you can choose from. You add your protein, greens, toppings and sauces. The croquettas and FLAN are the best though, so do not forget to order both! Both owners/ chefs are American but have trained in Spain and have worked under top chefs. Chef Jeff is a James Beard Award Nominee while Chef Paras was on Beat Bobby Flay. They are amazing people cooking amazing food!

Il Chianti
Chef Rudy's words... "When you think of Filipinos, you think doctors, nurses and engineers. You never think of great chefs. We need to change that thinking!" I have heard Chef Rudy, owner of Il Chianti, say that to others and he is absolutely correct. Chef Rudy does not cook straight up Filipino food but his restaurant is an upscale Italian Steak, Seafood and Wine restaurant. If you are looking for Fil dishes, he does have a few that are fusion Italian and Filipino which are also delicious. I have been to Il Chianti for a couple years because of the food, the chef and the friendliness of the place. Chef Rudy hails from my parents homeland, the Philippines. From his humble beginnings, how he started in the restaurant business, worked with the famous Charlie Trotter up to opening Il Chianti is the American Dream. Why he chose Italian instead of Filipino food is an interesting story in itself, have him tell you why when you visit! Over the decades he has traveled to Italy, has been educated and worked with the best. Chef Rudy has the knowledge and experience of upscale Italian food and wine that is impressive. He is quite the character and does come out during the evening to greet his guests, which is just Filipino hospitality to the core. The food here is delicious and I cannot pinpoint my favorite dishes. I do like the Adobonation style dish which is a Fil-Italian fusion. Instead of rice this fusion dish is served with Risotto, pretty genius! Any of his pasta dishes are incredible as well especially the alfredo cooked on a cheese wheel with a blow torch! Yeah that blew me away! The Shrimp Bruschetta is also delicious if you are looking for a good way to start your meal. I also recommend trying out one of the specials of the day. I once was served a delicious Sea Bass topped with Crab Cake- so good! Save room for dessert though. Chef Rudy and his pastry chef make incredible desserts such as his Crème Brulee Cheesecake. I was blown away with that one! Yes, Il Chianti is an amazing place only because the owner has heart! He works hard and has passion.

Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets
Oh Lordy! I thought I was 'Extra'! These donuts have me totally beat! I had come into Saint Honore with a pretty full stomach since I had just finished brunching with some lovely ladies. We decided to strut across the parking lot to Saint Honore to check out those instagramable donuts. When I first glanced at those beautiful looking creatures (the donuts) I lost contact with reality. I seriously zoned out and asked the young lady behind the counter to repeat herself. Visually these donuts are beautiful! I chose a couple of donuts to take home- the La Grande Dame and the Pont Alexandre. If I was not so full, I probably would have also tried the maple donut and a couple of beignets. I truly have no shame! As for the donuts I thought they were lovely especially the La Grande Dame. I enjoyed the lightness of it although it looks smothered in pink icing. The donut itself was not heavy and the sweetness was perfect for my palate. Now the Pont Alexandre was another story! I pulled it out of the box and thought it was much heavier than the Rose Champagne pink donut. Well it was fully filled with cream. I should have realized that and being a donut without a hole that usually means it is filled. The filling was not bad, there was just a lot of it. I had to eat around the cream filling because it overpowered the donut. I will say that the rest of the donut was delicious though! I loved the donut itself, the vanilla bean icing and the candied pecans were amazing.

Omoide
So many yummy things here for the price point. I definitely would recommend Omoide if you are looking for tasty Asian food at reasonable prices. The servings are not too large so if you are a taster then this is a great place to eat. I am a taster and having too much of one thing can get boring for me, so to find a place where I can have different buns, small curry bowls, ramen or a bit of Miso Cod it is a good find. The quality of the food for the reasonable prices makes Omoide even better. I would recommend the buns like the Chasu bun or Kim Chi Pork. They are very tasty and not to filling where you can eat other things. I also like the small chicken curry bowl, another menu item that allows you to try other items. I am really looking forward to coming back again and trying their ramen and other dishes. For the style of restaurant, a casual Pan-Asian at a great price point, you definitely cannot go wrong here!

Toasted Gastrobrunch
Toasted Gastrobrunch has a wonderful menu! There were many delicious choices that a couple of the girls ordered two dishes each. The servings are a decent size so the extra pancakes and the Coconut Pistachio Kanafee were shared amongst the table. Thank you ladies- Sharing is Caring! I ordered the Lobster Avocado Toast which was the best of two worlds that I love- Avo toast and lobster! So delicious and not over the top, I definitely recommend that. I also started and finished with a couple of their cocktails, a White Peach Bellini and Lavender Lemonade Mimosa. Although both were lovely, I preferred the lavender one. It was nice that they also offered light morning cocktails. I was very excited to try the Coconut Pistachio Kanaffe. The first time I had kanaffe was while traveling in the Middle East several years ago. It is a traditional dessert in that region. I have seen it here and there at small bakeries in the US but to see kanaffe glorified in such a beautiful way as Toasted Gastrobrunch was amazing. It is definitely worth ordering for yourself or to share!

Kabob Grill
I like this place. I like it very much! There is also a Drive Thru which you know I love. Sometimes I don't want to get out of the car and drive thru is my best option. I'm also not one for fast food so this is a great alternative. I have ordered several dishes here since they opened and everything is delicious especially for the price. The large platters servings are big enough for me to make two meals. The food is always very flavorful and delicious. I especially like the chicken shawarma or the kebabs. It's great that I can have my protein served over greens if I want to go low carb but sometimes I do want their rice! If you like spicy, they include a grilled jalapeno and it is fantastic with the meal. The hummus is nice and included with the large platter dishes. The people who work here are the best too! I think they make the place. Everyone treats you like family and are very personable.

Broken Yolk Cafe
This friendly and delicious restaurant has an outstanding menu of cocktails and breakfast-brunch-lunch items. In my mind that makes the best combination when brunching with friends. We ordered a variety of dishes and drinks, all which were hearty and tasty. I personally ordered the Bloody Mary that came with a waffle, bacon and olive pick. Love the combo of a bit of sweet and savory in my morning booze! I also ordered the Monte Cristo which has been a go to of mine since I was about 15 years old. That was a very long time ago and when I see one on the menu, I typically order it. The Monte Cristo was quite delicious and filling. There are plenty of options here, something for everyone!

Suzuya Patisserie
Suzuya Patisserie, the lovely little bakery offering Asian style desserts with green tea or yuzu has a nice new location. It is next to several nice restaurants so you can come in for dessert or just for a sweet tooth fix. If you do not care for green tea or yuzu there are classic favorites like coconut chiffon cake or a decadent slice of chocolate cake. I recommend either the chocolate cake or coconut chiffon cake. Both are delicious, light and not too sweet. The prices are very good as well for a single slice or a whole cake. The price for a quality slice of cake will run you $4.00 more or less- that is pretty amazing! One of my neighborhood's favorite places for pastries- so delish!

As for the food, I can honestly say that the Nigerian Prawns and the Hanger Steak Insalata are my favorites and I highly recommend them. Rodizio Grill - Henderson
Oh that Top Sirloin though! Rodizio Grill is located at the Sunset Galleria and is nice option for food at the mall. This Brazillian Steakhouse is pretty darn good and offers a good selection of meat served right to your table. All the meat was great but I really liked the Top Sirloin, it was so tasty and seasoned nicely. The salad bar and hot items were all delicious and fresh. The presentation of the little buffet was nice and neat, it was kept up well. For dessert, I will say the flan was super good. It was thick and creamy, which is the best way to have it. I've had really good flan and really bad flan in my life and Rodizio's flan is excellent. Nice Brazilian Steakhouse in Henderson with excellent food and service. I would love to visit it again.

Original Tommy's Hamburgers
Okay so a Tommy's burger is not on everyone's must eat list. Growing up in SoCal we all grew up on these chili ladened greasy burgers and chili cheese fries with onions. They also do a great breakfast sandwich with a fresh cooked egg, sausage and cheese. If you plan on getting the breakfast sand, take note it comes with the works (Chili, tomato, etc). You can always ask for it plain which is what I always do! It is probably one of the most unhealthiest thing you will eat but we all ate it in LA and we are alive! There are several locations in Las Vegas now which SoCal Ex-Pats are surely happy about!

Texas Roadhouse
Quite the drive as it is off the 15 on the way to Utah but it is still in Las Vegas! Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant and it is quite good. This place is known for their moist fluffy rolls but the main dishes are so good. If you want to try something different than BBQ try out their catfish made with a cornmeal batter, it is very good. They are not short of delicious sides too. Great place considering it is a chain!

Cured & Whey
A Vegas Local secret for those who love cheese and charcuterie. Out of towners who love cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches, get off The Strip and venture to Cured & Whey. They have incredible sandwiches using gourmet and specialty food items in a casual setting. I have tried three different sandwiches here- The Spaniard, The Cuban and my favorite the Honey Truffle Grilled Cheese. All solid sandwiches that are in the $10 range (more or less). I have also come in for specialty food items if I wanted to build a charcuterie board or just for my own gluttonous consumption. The imported cheeses are excellent and reasonably priced for the quality you are purchasing. My favorite so far has to be the Truffle Brie, it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. It is phenomenal. Today when I dropped by, I also noticed that they had McConnell's Ice Cream which kinda blew me away. I love McConell's Ice Cream from Santa Barbara, CA. For me, that just solidified the care and detail of the quality specialty foods sold here. From the ice cream to the cheese to the olive bar to the escargot shells, this place is a solid Vegas specialty store! Bravo Cured & Whey!

Carson Kitchen
Another favorite Downtown Vegas restaurateur that my friends and I frequent. The menu is creative and downright sinful. One of our favorites are the crispy chicken skins, just the skins and nothing else! If you do come here the most sinful but delicious item on the menu is the glazed donut bread pudding- OMG!

Metro Diner
Indeed a great diner! Having a good breakfast place in my hood that goes beyond the typical eggs and pancakes deal always peaks my interest. I have been here several times and everything has always been solid. You really cannot go wrong with what you order here, including the specials written on the back board. If you like sweet and if it is on the Specials Board go for the Peach Yo Hallah French Toast. It is an intense creation of a cream cheese stuffed French Toast covered in peach compote! It is worth sharing because the portion is huge. The corned beef hash here is great as well as their famous Chicken and Waffles. If you are a tea drinker, they have a wonderful selection of teas as well. Metro Diner is definitely a solid choice for brunching and lunching and everything in between! Yum!

Pizza Rock
Several years ago Pizza Rock was noted as one of the top 50 pizza places in the US. The Napolese pizza was part of that top 50. Everything here is delicious and there is a pizza for everyone! For the spicy lovers (try the picante), for the frou-frou and the traditional pizza lovers. They also serve great appetizers and drinks. This pizza place rocks!

Tacos El Gordo
The best tacos in town! There are three locations but I prefer the one on Charleston by Downtown. It is a hole in the wall type place but those are the best taco places, don't you think? The tacos are Tijuana style and the tortillas are made to order. So they take it off the grill and put your tacos together. These are some legit tacos!

A*Mano Pizza & Italian Cuisine
Amano is a special place for carbs and cheese! They definitely do not short you on both. This Italian restaurant in North Las Vegas is no short of amazing. I do not even know where to start but let's begin with the pie-zoni which is a combo of a calzone and your favorite topping pizza. The pasta dishes are great as well as the subs and stuffed Fat Baby. One great place that is worth the trip!

My favorite pizza place in my neighborhood. Actually Brothers is a favorite with most of the people on this side of Vegas. The pizzas here can be your simple cheese but can go as far asHhot Cheetos or Greek with gyro meat. They also have great garlic balls for an appetizer and inexpensive lunch specials. Oh and their wings are pretty amazing too!

Opened until they run out so get there early! I have been here where it was open until 2:00 or noon. The donuts here are that popular and they do run out of what you may be looking for. There is so much goodness here from vegan creme brulee to Pop Tart Donuts! I am not a vegan but I do recommend the creme brulee- so good.

A great neighborhood ice cream place off of Rainbow in the Enterprise area of Vegas. You can create your own or choose from their menu. The Captain's Breakfast is good made with Captain Crunch blended ice cream and topped with fruit and Nutella. If you want a more adult ice cream, I love the Quantum Coffee which is made with Milk Coffee ice cream, Heath bits, almonds and caramel. So yummy!

Paris Baguette
This is the same Paris Baguette that you will find scattered throughout many major cities in the US. It is an Euro-Asian style cafe with both sweet and savories. What I mean by Euro-Asian is that many of the familiar items taste a little different, as they are not as sweet. Plus several of the items have an egg wash on them. It is a good cafe for coffee, sandwiches and pastries.

Tacotarian
Yes, I am a carnivore but am well versed in meatless dishes. I have been an on and off again vegan-vegi since the 80s so I can appreciate good meatless meals. Tacotarian has fantastic meatless tacos at great prices. They offer several different kinds that are very filling. I ordered the Chicken Milanese, Baja and Gabacho tacos but my favorite was definitely the Gabacho. It is made with ground Beyond Beef and served in a crunchy shell. Tacotarian also offers other dishes like burritos, enchiladas and guacamole with chips. This is a counter order restaraunt but they will bring the food to your table. The service here is fast and very friendly. The atmosphere is bright, cheery and very family friendly. There is something for everyone here, even for you carnivores!

Bruno's Taco Bar
Deliciousness in a tortillia or a piece of lettuce! Bruno's makes some great tacos that are both vegetarian, health conscious and not. For those who do not want meat there is soyrizo, cauliflower and tofu plus you can opt for a lettuce wrap. For those who are carnivores I suggest the pork belly or braised short rib. The corn tortillas are homemade and very good. They can hold a lot!

Bonsai Japanese Steak Sushi & Hibachi
Nice Japanese restaurant on Rainbow! There are so many sushi restaraunts on this boulevard but this one offers an AYCE and a Teppanyaki. So whichever you prefer, you have options here. On our last visit, we did not do tepanyaki nor the AYCE. We ordered a few items off the regular menu and everything was great for the price. Like I said, for the price it was good. The salmon skin and spicy tuna hand rolls were very good and I would definitely order them again. The Salmon Love plate was ordered by my daughter, who enjoyed it very much. Bonsai also serves beer and wine, plus I noticed pretty good Happy Hour specials. A person has options here: how to eat, what to eat and at what time to eat. I am looking forward to hitting their happy hour one day!

CRAFTkitchen
I have been coming to CRAFTkitchen since they opened several years ago. This local favorite is a solid breakfast, brunch or lunch choice in Henderson. The atmosphere of CraftKitchen has a clean and modern vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating. They also offer a private room that you can reserve if you have a large party seating. Also, there are delicious fresh baked pastries and goods in the glass case up front which are nice to take home if you get too full. There are several favorite dishes that I recommend like starting off with the Monkey Bread to share with your table. It is so fun to share and a nice way to break bread with others. The menu is Modern American which includes tacos, egg dishes, omelets and sandwiches. All are a twist on classics that give it that Modern American flair. The service at CraftKitchen is friendly and professional. I have never had a bad experience within these past years. Only delicious food and great service within a fun modern atmosphere.

Sushi Loca Downtown Summerlin
Sushi Loca does not look like much from the outside but when you walk in - * Boom* - Super Sexy! In colors of red, black and golds with dim lighting the vibe is quite swanky. As for the food, it is pretty good for what it is. Although the swanky vibe this is not an upscale sushi restaurant but it is not an AYCE where quality is compromised. This is an in-between place with good prices for the food quality. With that said, I like their Blue Fin Tuna. It's not cheap in comparison to the other pieces, it is almost $14 for two pieces but worth it. The spicy tuna roll is also nice quality for the price. My daughter tried the sashimi salad and it was good, she liked the amount of sashimi given. The ramen was ok, it wasn't loaded like the ramens in typical noodle houses. The broth was good though, just don't expect a loaded bowl! All in all, good place in Downtown Summerlin for a meal while shopping.

Pizzeria Monzú
Pizzeria Monzu has the friendliest mixologists and servers for any pizza place I have been to in awhile. The cocktail menu is genius and creative serving classics to new creations. Behind the bar their bottle selection is impressive with international and domestic vodkas and gins. Two cocktails that I recommend is the Fig and Flower Sour, as well as the Blue Monk II. Each concoction tastes fresh and clean due to the natural ingredients added into each drink. As for the pizza, the sourdough crust creates quite a large canvas for the fresh ingredients and toppings, some which are imported. You can create your own or try their combinations, anyway you do it you will not be disappointed. The starters are rather upscale and a refreshing option to start off an adult pizza night. They offer Burrata Caprese on grilled bread, Bacon Wrapped Dates and their Daily Bread served with butter or oil. The atmosphere is modern with high ceilings and great lighting but it is toned down with natural shades to make it more comfortable. There is an open kitchen so you can watch the magic happen as they create your pizzas. The whole restaurant has a lively atmosphere with people of all ages: children, families, couples, etc. This is a great place! Enjoy!

Desert Wind Coffee Roasters
Great place for the Coffee Café culture! I have been to Desert Wind Coffee Roasters a few times already and this is a coffee place. Not a tea place although they do have tea. I ordered it once and there was a 'Great Value' tea bag hanging off the side of my cup. My heart sank but as my friend reminded me they are known for coffee- understandable. The vibe is your typical coffee house with comfortable seating, coffee sippers and open laptops. It is a great place to just do your work and sip, sip, sip. I am not big into sweet coffee drinks but I like Desert Wind's a lot. The Toffee Nut latte with an opened lap top is a great way to spend a couple of hours. There are also a lot of pastries, muffins and a couple of oatmeal cups if you want something to eat. Everyone who works there are very friendly, helpful and fun.

Pho Aimie
A favorite Pho house close to my house! My daughter and I come here for the Pho or wonton soup. The broth is good and the servings are huge! I have also tried other dishes here like the spring rolls and fried noodles, they are decent but not as good as the soup dishes. The prices are competitive with other pho places in the area so it comes down to what taste best to you. This is my daughter's favorite so you know how that goes! Actually, I do like the food here especially the wonton soup- nice on a cold Vegas day. The service here is quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is updated and clean. Pho Aimie is a good local pho place, serving delicious hot soup and traditional Vietnamese dishes at great prices. Bon Appetit!

The Magic Noodle
Yes! Love this place and their hand pulled noodles! The price is very good too at around $10 a dish. The Magic Noodle creates their hand pulled noodles in house. You can watch the noodle pull from behind a glass wall which is always fun for kids to watch. The restaurant itself is modern but in a small space. Depending on the time of day, there can be a bit of a wait. The noodles here are definately delicious since they are freshly made. They make both a traditional noodle and a wide width noodle but I prefer the wide width noodle. The wide width noodles hold the sauce better especially if it is a fried dish. If you are looking for a dish with seafood, I recommend the shrimp fried noodles with wide noodles. I have yet to try the soup noodles but it did look delicious. Magic Noodle is definitely a noodle house worth trying! Bon Appetit!

POTs
True to thyself Vegan Restaurant. Yes, we all know that I am a carnivore who occasionally eats vegetarian at home but I do appreciate Vegan food if done right. I actually used to be Vegan back in 1997, stop doing the math! POTs is what it is, Egyptian-Medi-Middle East style food that is non-meat and absolutely delicious. I love that the hummus is hummus and the falafel is falafel. I am not fond of the "Hey, here is a vegan carrot cake" No. Stop, there is no such thing. The hummus is excellent and I am pretty picky with my hummus. After eating it in the Middle East and Mediterranean, one starts to think Hummus on this side of the world tastes like paste. At POTs the hummus is made on site and is so smooth, just like I remember it on the other hemisphere. It is perfect! Now the fries are fabulous. They are cooked in Peanut Oil which gives them their crispness and then spiced with Egyptian Doqqa. If anything come in for the fries and if you do, I am sure you will try their other food. Enjoy!

Love the concept of this place! Board games and great coffee drinks! The library of board and card games are extensive and good for all ages. Back in the days when I lived in Los Angeles, we used to frequent Coffee Houses with our backgammon set so this type of service cup is very appealing! As for the coffee, I ordered the Pistachio Latte and muffin, both were great and went well together. My friend and I played a couple of games, drank coffee and we're civilized adult children! Bravo! Great place for the original gamers!

Leone Café
Leone Café located in the Tivoli Village is a fun spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch or everything in between. The ambiance of this café is lovely as it reminds me of cafes in Europe, not necessarily France. Only difference is that in Europe you sit down and the servers come to you while at Leone Café, you stand in que for your order. They will bring the food to your table and the servers are nice and quick. There is outdoor seating in front of the café as well as indoor seating. It does get crowded so if you have a small party, you may want to get there early to grab a table or two. When I went to Leone there were five bruncers and we pulled together two small tables inside, which worked great. As for food and drink, what I ate and drank was solid! If you enjoy honey, I recommend the Leone Latte as it has a honey drizzle. It is a lovely latte of a drink! T On my returning visits, I would like to try other items on their menu but I think I found the latte that I will stick with!

Baguette Cafe
I have been to Baguette Cafe several times already and have loved every bite of it. I was introduced to this lovely little French cafe by another foodie friend a couple of years ago, who has a thing for coffee spots. It is tucked out of the way behind office buildings adjacent to the 215. The location is quiet and out of the way from any main road, so it has a feeling of being secluded if that is possible in Las Vegas! The owner is from France, so it truly is a French Café- big difference! He brings forward sandwiches, pastries, salads, coffees, etc using the best ingredients. Everything that I have tried here has been amazing especially the sandwiches and quiches. His desserts, tartes or any of his sweets are delicious and not heavy. Having visited Europe many times over, I have come to enjoy the fresh flavors that a true café has to offer. Baguette Café understands, gets it and brings it forward. Merci Baguette Café for bringing a bit of France to Vegas!

Great cocktails and food! I have been to this Lazy Dog location several times and it is a great one. Partage
Fine Dining in Chinatown! It happens at Partage and it's wonderful. My friends, daughter and I had an amazing time for dinner and looking forward to coming back again. First things first, parking! If you have ever been to the shopping center that Partage is located in, then you know that it can get crazy at night. The best thing is to valet it in front of Partage, park in the lot in the back or Uber it. We found parking in the back lot, my other friend parked at the larger shopping center a block down and another friend did valet. You have options! As for the dining experience, it was very nice. We all did a tasting menu but had different variations that were accommodated. Some did the three course, others did the five, a couple people wanted pescatarian and one (me) could not eat uncooked egg yolk. They were able to juggle all our request splendidly. At one point one of the courses had an uncooked egg which I am allergic to. They asked if I wanted Frog Legs and I passed, since I was pulling more towards seafood not amphibian. The chef specially prepared a delicious scallop for me that my friends at the table were eyeing! Very delicious! The other courses served were flavorful and the right serving size. The Butternut Squash Soup was a table favorite, presented beautifuly and tasted wonderful. Everything was amazing! We were full but not stuffed. I definitely recommend Partage for those who are lookingfor something special in Vegas

Hash House A Go Go
Have you Hash House'd yet? There are several locations around Las Vegas including one inside The Linq on The Strip. Hash House is known for the gigantic portions and a modern take on farmstyle food. The Chicken and Waffles are famous and so good. I have tried so much from their menu and everything from their brunches to their dinners have been solid!

Hash House A Go Go
Hash House a Go Go is known for their modern take on farmhouse cuisine. I have tried so many things on their menu and the menu items I prefer are the Chicken and waffles at any time of the day or their Meatloaf. Everything else is decent but those two menu items have great flavor! The portions are huge so I always take something home for the next day.. and the next day! A family style restaraunt on the strip serving big portions at reasonable prices. The service at this location is very friendly and attentive. We had the same server a couple of times and she was great, very upbeat and knowledge of the menu. The atmosphere at this location in the Linq is very comfortable and not to busy. This Hash House is a good restaurant choice to try if you are on this side of the Strip.

Sapporo Revolving Sushi
The first revolving sushi restaurant to come to Las Vegas. It is a fun concept if you have never been to one and you can eat as soon as you are seated. Everything passes by on a conveyor belt and you take what you want. If you do not see what you want or decide on something besides sushi, use the touchscreen to order. Once your order is placed, you food will come to you on a motorized track.

Straight out of Los Angeles! This is the same popular Dirt Dog that is based out of Los Angeles serving over the top hot dogs, fries and tacos. If you are looking to get your hands dirty and stomach full, you need to check out Dirt Dog. The Dirty Corn and Elote dog are my favorites. The loaded fries are crazy delicious and a lot of their dogs are bacon wrapped. So messy good!

Gelato di Milano is legit gelato. The father - son owners who run the show hail from Milano. The father has been making gelato for decades and his experienced hand of gelato making is in Vegas. The flavors change here and there according to the season but this is truly some of the best in town. There are chefs from all around Vegas who actually come out to Gelato di Milano for a scoop or two! It is that delicious- Enjoy!

Cornish Pasty Co
A favorite place of mine in downtown Vegas for the last couple years. I am a fan of a Pasties and have eaten then throughout the UK. Cornish Pasty updates the traditional meat, vegetable and potato pasties with an American twist. The American twist I mean is every type of concoction you can think of! The menu is extensive offering traditional, Mexican, Italian, American vegetarian and other fillings. From savory to sweet you will find an option here to fit anyone's palate. The appetizers are delicious as well, especially the traditional British favorite of Scottish Eggs. As for cocktails, Cornish Pasty has those too! From classic to creative you can have your pasty and eat it too, along with a sinful cocktail! The atmosphere is cozy and resembles a British pub of dark woods and comfortable lighting. Although there are lovely wood church like pews that I have not seen in a British pub, it still adds a nice ambiance to this establishment. The service is pretty good. I never had a problem with getting my food in a timely manner. The servers are nice and knowledgeable with suggestions and the menu. One of our favorites!
