Bún Bò Huế Nhân Trí 2
This epic Beef Vietnamese noodle soup spot is located in the heart of bustling District 5. The richness of the beef broth is incomparable, the large pieces of meat are delectable, and their special “Dac Biet” version is most likely the largest bowl of soup you can have in Vietnam, packed with all manner of Pork and Beef chunks. This is an all-round home-run when it comes to one of Vietnam’s most ubiquitous broths. Price range 50k-120k.

Bánh Cuốn Tây Hồ
Bánh cuốn is made from a thin, wide sheet of steamed fermented[2] rice batter filled with a mixture of cooked seasoned ground pork, minced wood ear mushroom, and minced shallots. We recommend the "Banh Cuon Dac Biet", pictured above, which comes with all the side dishes.

Pho Le
One of the most consistently phenomenal broths in the city. You pay a bit more for the bowl (85K) but the for the quality it's worth every dong. Additionally the pieces of meat are thick and juicy.

Quán Ốc Khánh Sài Gòn
Quan Oc Khanh has superb seafood; fresh & served with phenomenal sauces! This is an "Ốc " restaurant which translates loosely as Snails/Shellfish restaurant. However they also have fantastic grilled prawns and Octopus. WARNING: they get VERY full in the evening, to guarantee a spot show up by 6pm, otherwise go for lunchtime. Our Favorites" 1. ốc móng tay - Razor Clams 2. tôm nướng muối ớt - Grilled Prawns Seasoned with Chilli 3. điệp trứng cút nướng - Grilled Scallops with Quail Eggs

Quán Mì Quảng Hội An Mệ Vui 3 - Kỳ Đồng Q3
Hailing from Danang, this Vietnamese Noodle Soup is comprised of yellow rice noodles in a chicken/pork broth. Local eateries serve it with an assortment of veggies and rice crackers for textural purposes. The turmeric based meat broth is usually used to just to barely cover the noodles and meat. The most common Mi Quang dish is made with Pork broth, served with Pork ribs, quail eggs and a prawn. However at Me Vui, we find the Fish version to be the best: "Mi Quang Ca Loc"
